Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and unwind in the Great room with a cozy futon, the classy red parlor or the upstairs game room with arcade gaming! The property also features 3 full bathrooms. Two with tubs and custom tiled surrounds as well as one boasting a 9ft+ tall walk-in shower with white marble walls! 2 hair dryers and a straightener also available for your convenience! High speed WiFi, multiple work spaces, several flat screen smart tv's including a 70" big screen in the great room! We offer many amenities including air conditioning, clothing iron, and a full size washer dryer combo all for your convenience. The Vicky was an excellent rental for our large group. The house is plenty big and well equipped. Location was ideal for the state fair and other sights in Springfield. Brett the host was very helpful and had great communication. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all updated. Kitchen was well equipped and a nice big refrigerator. We had a fun time in Springfield and where we stayed contributed to that.

Dated neighborhood, but clearly a ton of remodeling inside. Beds were very comfortable ... plenty of spaces on 1st and 2nd floor for a large group. As always, the tight correspondence and easy check-in/out always a plus.An all 50 group, we had fun with the retro arcades... and played a couple board games provided.

Had a great weekend; plenty of space for 5 children under 7 and 5 adults; kids liked game room and fenced back yard. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Older neighborhood, but liked proximity to the fairgrounds, Lincoln’s tomb and downtown, etc!

Beautiful home that had plenty of space for our family while we were visiting the fairgrounds! The host was wonderful and has really thought of every detail throughout the home to make your stay feel just like home! Will definitely stay again when we are in town!

Our family of 5 adults & 4 children had a really fun time at the Vicky for a family reunion. Lots of room inside for everyone to have space. We appreciated the good communication with the host. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked and made most of our meals there.

The property is in a good location. Closer to the Stare Fairgrounds than the downtown Lincoln sites. It is a little close to railroad tracks, so you will hear train horns. They did not bother us too much. A quiet neighborhood. We did not see too much activity around. Those we did encounter were friendly.The home is large. It also appears updating is still taking place. The bar area is nice. Bring your own vinyl records for a treat or a night of album party.However, if a sit down breakfast, lunch, or dinner is being planned. There is not enough seating in one room that could accommodate more than 6 people. That did not bother our visit, we had 6 people. There are small things that need attention, as there are in any vacation rental. Overall, we would book The Vicky again. Especially if you are attending the State Fair. You could walk to the entrance (1/2 mile). Spacious home, close to attractions, and a fair price.

Great space for staying with friends

Twice a year we come to Springfield for two days of education and fun. We are all in the same business as owners, so the space was great with ample rooms and bathrooms. We'll be renting it again this fall.

Great time! The property ad everything we needed. We needed to bake before meeting our family for Thanksgiving. My husband, kids and grandkids loved the space. Brett was a great host.
