Bedroom 5 doubles as the game room with a queen sofa bed, twin daybed, and twin rollaway. 🎮 The game room includes foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, a smart TV, and a card table, plus direct patio access and mountain views.
The home has three full bathrooms total: one ensuite in bedroom 3 with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and two additional bathrooms each with a shower/tub combo. 🛁

The property is accessible year-round, though snow can occur in winter months. Snow shovels and clearing tools are provided. Security cameras are present facing the main driveway, mounted on the carport, and facing the main entry of the home for exterior monitoring only.

Getting Around:
The home is located on Road 632 in Oakhurst. From Fresno, take Highway 41 north for about 50 miles (1 hour 15 minutes). Yosemite's southern entrance at Mariposa Grove is 19 miles north via Highway 41 (about 30 minutes). Bass Lake is less than 10 miles northeast (15 minutes). Fresno Yosemite International Airport is approximately 55 miles south (1 hour 20 minutes). A personal vehicle is required as public transit is not available in this area.
