Super cozy little place. Large Murphy bed, so hard to move around when it's pulled down. I wouldn't recommend for two people, but perfect for a solo getaway.
All in all, not a bad stay photos made the Vrbo look a little bit bigger than what me and my partner were expecting, but overall bed was comfy. Air-conditioning worked no complaints. The shower was a little different than what we expected.

Small but clean
Quiet, small, good place to sleep but not to hang out or work comfortably. Located in back of someone's home, apparently managed by an out of state company. Clean, nice neighborhood, walking distance to downtown areas. WiFi was inconsistent, unreliable. If hot water goes out, was told to unplug and replug hot water heater to reset.
If zero stars were an option…we booked our stay for 3 nights and stayed less than 12 hours before packing up to find alternate accommodations. There is absolutely nothing “cozy” about this dingy, moldy, disgusting outdated tiny space. There were no modern conveniences like, oh I don’t know, a TV for one, not to mention enough accommodations for 2 people. It’s as if they went through the stuff in the garage and threw it in that room and called it “Verbo”. The worst part of it all, you weren’t even decent enough to accommodate a partial refund. Shame on you. I hope we are the last people who you rip off.

Our baby moon stay
We were surprised to find that the bed was a pull down. The pictures mislead thinking there was an additional room. We knew it was going to be small but not that small! Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable and I got an eye infection from the pillow that was provided. The last night we went to pull down the bed and it knocked over a lamp leaving glass everywhere. We did our best to clean it up but this was a safety hazard in this location. The shower over flowed when we first used it and my husband had to clean out the drain with tons of hair and gunk to ensure we were not flooding the bathroom. The space got the job done and we had a great weekend but we were not impressed.
