Very Disappointing

Being one of the guests I am adding additional comments: Please beware! While the house is beautiful and all services are in good shape, we were not satisfied with the internet service. For 5 days it was NON- EXISTENT! We were 7 business people needed to be connected to our home/ offices and while we were able to connect to the public 4G network with our smartphones, we were not able to do so with our laptops or tablets for 5 days! We were promised everyday that the service would be restored and IT NEVER HAPPENED. Also, I received a package on USPS to the address provided so it would be taken to the house. It was received more than 24 hours before we left and I did not get it. I was told they would send it to me; now they are requesting my credit card info to send it! Really? We wanted a good property and did not mind paying top dollar knowing that the services would be first class. We have requested a symbolic refund considering the problems we had. We are dissatisfied with the (owner’s?) response. More than one week has gone by and we have not received their answer. I repeat here… the property is great… services and customer attention not up to par. Think twice before renting

Bachelorette weekend getaway!

We had an amazing time in vail for a bachelorette party! Our host was incredibly accommodating and quick to help when we needed it. Everything was clean and well maintained! It was also a really good distance from vail city! We will definitely be booking here again!

Great experience with a couple comments

Awesome time. Couple of comments: Toilet paper was not supplied and hot tub needed to be serviced. Called about that a couple times and didn’t really get responses back. Otherwise, wonderful!!

Oh no! We provide a "starter" supply of paper and soap products but if you ever run out of any of the guest amenities - call for delivery. As discussed, we will be happy to make an adjustment for the hot tub issue. Our hot tub service is scheduled so tightly, they are not always able to accommodate calls, outside of the regular service schedule. I will review the schedule frequency with them to ensure this does not happen again. Safe trip home.

A big thank you to everyone at Accommodation Vail. EVERTHING was going wrong! Flight delays, lost luggage and two sick children. Eric from Acc met us at 10pm, drove us directly to the condo, helped with luggage and even though to bring snacks for the kids. To say they went "above and beyond" is an understatement!

Alaska skiers

My daughter, friend and I stayed there for a week of skiing and loved it. Peaceful location and plenty of room for privacy. 3 families could easily spread out in clean comfort & luxury. We are coming back.
