🛌 3. Guest Bedroom 2 (downstairs) — Queen bed, peaceful retreat, access to shared full bathroom.
🛌 4. Bunk Room — Twin-over-full bunk bed, shares full bath with Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3. Great for families.
