We do have 3 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and two at the back door/yard.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am

Perfect Location and Spacious

Great spot for our family and group of teen friends for ski trip. Great location close to base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Lots of space for all the teens to spread out. Smiths grocery store is very close and kitchen was stocked to cook big meals.

Great area nice house

We enjoyed the space and the area was close to all the necessities. Kitchen was lacking hot pads, kitchen towels/wash cloths, scissors. We encountered a problem (master bathroom shower wouldn’t turn on & tub wouldn’t hold water so with 8 people only using 2 showers, it was not the ideal situation we expected) and they tried to have it fixed but the repair man couldn’t figure it out.
