Fine for a few nights

I would not recommend this property for long stays. The master bedroom is only accessible from outside. Didn't feel safe without locking but then you always need to have key with you. The oven has been broke since August 2024. Pots and silverware had rust. We had to buy bowls, plates and mixing utensils to be able to cook. Neighbors are very close, screaming kids, barking dogs and constant construction from 7 am - 4 pm Mon - Sat ruined any chance of peace. Feels like you are in crowded city with street and neighbors' lights come in all the bedroom windows (curtains barely helped. Owner w requires multiple extra payments in cash so budget another 30 per night.

I've reported this guest to VRBO. The guests broke condominium rules for which they had to pay the fine, when I told the guest about it the guest started damaging the house repeatedly - broke the main door lock, broke the glass doors. Ruined the kitchen appliances. We bought new ones before their stay so it is ironic that they have the nerve to complain about it. Destroyed all kitchenware, furniture & all the towels. After destroying the house they left early before their check out date specifically not to meet me, because obviously I would've called police immediately if I saw in what condition they left the house. We had to buy all new things and repair the house after the stay. Horrible experience as the first rent on VRBO. If this is the type of guests that use VRBO then I'll be happy to delete this listing and only rent on airbnb where we have good guests and everyone is happy
