Cute, clean home. Perfect for our stay. Nice little back yard. Just wish it was fence for our dog to play off the leash. Close to all the plaves you want to go. Plenty of food places to choose from Definitely would recommend.

We just needed a place to stay for one night, as we were passing through, to go to the Duck Commander warehouse before heading to Texas. This place was perfect!! Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to town, and super clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

I was in town for my daughter’s birthday and to finish moving her into ULM. The property was perfect for cooking, prep cooking, and getting things prepared for my daughter and her ULM beach team. I had an amazing week at the cottage and look forward to visiting again soon. The cottage was near all kinds of useful shops, stores, and restaurants. The kitchen had most supplies I needed to prepare meals which was an absolute plus when cooking daily. The cottage also had an iron and ironing board which was super useful for an iron project I did for my daughter. And the owners were easy to get ahold of if you needed them for anything.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was in Monroe for a conference. The cottage was very cozy, pleasant, perfect and was what I needed. Really clean! Property manager was great! I plan to come again during my next conference.

It was very clean and cozy. Our host was great and responded every time we texted her and it was very prompt. Definitely would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a similar place for a visit or passing through the area

Overall it was a great stay. The only negative review was lack of communication. She didn't send the code and had a very difficult time getting in contact with her. After about a 2 hour wait she contacted me back and was very apologetic. She said she's not use to Sunday check ins.

The stay was fine for what we needed it for. There are a bunch of stray cats outside (not owners fault) but there was a smell of cat urine and piles of poo around. Could also use a heavier curtain in master. The neighbors have a sensor light that went off all night.

Quiet and Clean

Loved this little stay! Clean and comfortable. The fridge is kind of small, it’s not an average sized fridge. Not a problem for us but just a heads up for grocery shopping! Close to everything. Michele was very friendly and quick to respond to messages! Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Very nice, very clean. Wi-Fi was spot on. The neighbors where a little loud you could hear them slamming their doors. Cats everywhere. Bed was too hard for me. I felt safe, and that mattered more to me than anything. Great location, in the middle of all things food and convenience. If the bed was softer I would give this place five stars. Overall I recommend due to safety, location, and cleanliness.
