The open-concept layout features a spacious living area, a game room, and a fully equipped kitchen. With a beautifully decorated Queen-sized bed downstairs and two additional bedrooms upstairs, there's ample space for up to 11 guests to stay comfortably.

Our home is also ideal for families with children, as we provide a crib for infants or toddlers.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire fenced and gated property, making it a great option for pets to enjoy the outdoors. Plus, our hammocks and patio area with grill and fire pit offer the perfect spots to unwind.

Awesome quiet location and central location for exactly getting on the highways and routes to downtown. Love how I was in the city but didn’t feel all city. Midnight at the Oasis

Our family vacation was wonderful. The first time we've all been able to travel together and stay in the same place, in a very long time. This house was very warm and had all of at amenities of home. The coffee bar had me at hello. Our host Stella answered all of my questions and was very prompt and courteous. The children enjoyed the games and pool table. We all loved the backyard oasis. This will be our go to destination when visiting the Houston area!

Nice home

The house is just as shown in the pictures. We had plenty of room and comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and other items you might need. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but the house is nice, location was close to MD Anderson like we needed and no one bothered us or our things. Seems most Neighborhoods close to MD Anderson are run down but the homes have been fine.

Weekend stay

We came in town for a concert. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The house was very clean and updated. The grass was a little tall, but I think the previous rain kept it from being cut. The gate on the fence had an opening at the bottom, so pets had to be leashed in the fenced in back yard when let outside. Everyone had a great time and would highly recommend the host and house.

Host was quick to respond and provide assistance. The home is great for a a big family. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Couldn't give it a 5 star given that there were some broken pieces of furniture upstairs bed (they sent someone to fix it), dining chair, and living room sofa armrest. Tub in the bottom bathroom was painted over so the paint is pealing on the tub and tile. There are various pieces for flooring broken off. Limited dishes, can opener doesn't work well, and no bottle opener.

Stella was phenomenal. She stayed in contact with me the whole time to ensure our stay was nothing but great! The house must of been recently updated, everything was so clean, modern, decorated beautifully, the towels smelled so clean when I unrolled one to use and they were Tommy Hilfiger NICE towels! The back yard had two cute swings that I stayed on each. Night watching airplanes Would give ten stars if it was an option!!!

In town for a football game at Rice. Directions provided for both check in and check out were thorough and easy to follow, and the host responded quickly to messages. The location was convenient for the game, for an HEB and for freeway access. Loved the layout of the house for our family. Large kitchen/dining area outfitted very well. (Note that there is a Keurig which we love since we all prefer different drinks!) With 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and another bedroom and bath downstairs, everyone can have their own space. We enjoyed the backyard with plenty of seating and the outdoor lights added to the ambiance. There is also a garage that we didn’t even think about using until after we left - lol! We appreciated the length of the driveway so that street parking wasn’t necessary. Oh! And there are lots of towels!! What a plus!! Had to wash a load of clothes, so having a laundry room made it very convenient. House was clean, host was great. We’ll stay again if the need ever arises!

Great House!

This house was a very nicely done remodel. House was clean and appears as advertised. Very nice furniture and decor. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook so cannot comment on what was available - but the kitchen was nice. They left us snacks which were appreciated after a late event left us unable to catch a restaurant afterward! Only suggestion I would make would be to switch the twin bed and crib / desk so that you would have the feeling of a primary/master suite upstairs. To anyone renting: The “street view” on your maps is from before the home was renovated, so do not use that picture to judge the outside appearance of the home once you get the address. The home IS as advertised as is clean and comfortable and easy to check in. We’re already looking to book again for our next visit to Houston as we’ve had some dicey rentals in that city but this one checks out!
