The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Return the keys
Your check out time is 10am. Remove all trash from the house and place in trash bin. Pull trash bin to the curb. Place all sheets in one laundry bag and towels in the other. Wash all dishes.
Return all keys to original places. DO NOT LOCK THE FRONT DOOR OR THE BUILDING turn the lock up and down on the building, do not use the key to lock.
Return golf cart to building, cut the kill switch off and plug the cart in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign rental agreement and speak to owner before booking confirmed.
7 night minimum May to July. Saturday to Saturday.

Our stay was great. The beach house had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Loved having the golf cart so easily accessible. And having beach chairs here to use was another amazing touch. Laura was so fast with her communication. Can’t wait to come back to Ocean Lakes! It truly is the most amazing place to stay.
