Our “TRIPLEX ON THE PARKWAY" Is newly renovated with a very modern touch. Cozy,comfortable and able to house up to 16 guests in our 8 bedroom 3 and a half bathrooms two floor layout. We have lots of comfortable seating and three flat screens to keep you entertained during your stay. We are 4 minutes from the Rutland Avenue Subway, and a 24 hour Grocery store on the Corner. We, your hosts live only minutes away from our Triplex. we will be happy to serve you with all your needs and questions.

Clean, well outfitted house that fit our large group well. The host was very communicative and responsive to questions and needs, even arranging a phone call when we had questions about the location. The location felt safe and easy to navigate from, if a bit loud being right on the parkway. Very happy with our stay and the rental overall.

A weekend in Brooklyn

Recently, I took 10 dancers to Brooklyn to perform in a dance festival. The house is big enough for most to have their own room and adequate bathrooms for the size of our group. It's close to the subway line, so getting anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan is easy and convenient. We loved our stay and I will definately rent with them again next time I bring my company to Brooklyn to perform!
