Welcome to the renowned Purgatory Townhomes!

Above the town of Durango, nestled in the mighty San Juan mountains, is Purgatory Resort, a mountain community devoted to an active outdoor lifestyle. Purgatory townhomes are located on Sheol Street Loop, Purgatory's premiere slope side accommodations.

A thoughtful and cozy space. Unbeatable location, just off of Lower Hades and Styx ski runs, on the Sheol St Loop. Just a short walk away from the condo is the “six pack" high speed chair lift One and Purgatory Base & Lodge.

When you stay at our Purgatory Townhomes Condo, you'll find its all about comfort and convenience. With the slope side location, you can park your vehicle and leave it parked for the duration of your stay. With a fully stocked kitchen, you have the option to prepare all of your meals at the condo. Make breakfast, gather your gear, walk to the lifts, and be on one of the first chairs up the mountain!

Located on the second floor with two large furnished decks providing stunning views of the Needles Mountain Range. Savor a hot cup of coffee before hitting the slopes or enjoy a cold beer and snack in-between runs. Cozy living area with sleeper couch, love seat, and extendable bar table. Full Kitchen and bathroom with large shower. Two queen beds, closet and dresser storage.

Guests will be granted full use of the condo, permit parking space, and first floor gear storage locker.

Guests will be granted access to use of the Durango Mountain Club Purgatory Lodge for duration of stay. The hot tub, pool and fitness facility are included. To get a key to the club area you must check in at the Lodge front desk, you will be registered under your reservation name.

Cozy, convenient ski condo

The condo was easy to find and was walkable to to the lifts. Everything worked and was clean. If you're looking for new and modern, this unit is not for you; however, if you want a clean, basic flat that's near the lifts, this is a good option. The host was responsive. I would stay here again.

This is our second trip to stay at this property and it was as wonderful this time as it was last time! Rick is quick to address questions and the condo was stocked with all of the necessary needs. Close to slopes and STOCKED

What a great little apartment! It had everything we needed AND MORE! So often we stay at a VRBO and need so many things but we cooked everyday and had all the utensils and cooking containers that we needed. Us and our boys (9&12) stayed here for Christmas. Short walk to the slopes, easy parking and very quiet. The beds are super comfortable. Price was also very reasonable for the week we stayed. We would definately stay here again.

Loved our stay at this cozy little condo. Host was wonderful to work with when we had a little hiccup on our end. Loved being able to have a fire after a long day on the slopes. Would stay here again!

Great Purgatory vacation

Our family enjoyed our ski time in Purgatory. The condo was very conveniently located to the slopes and worked perfectly for us. Communication with Rick was great also. We would be happy to visit again someday.

Nice property

Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the property worked well for us. The kitchen was great and we were able to cook all our meals without any problems. I’d stay here again in the future.

Wonderful condo and Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay here! It was easy to find, Rick was wonderful communicating with us and when we had a last minute emergency he went above and beyond to adjust our dates. We will absolutely stay here again when we are back in the area. Not a single complaint!

Week at Purgatory

This was our 2nd vacation in this beautiful , comfortable condo. Walkable to ski area. We prepared dinner 6 out of 7 nights in the fully equipped kitchen. Great to enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the mountain peaks!!!

Everything was great. Full kitchen. The only thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the fireplace. For some reason I thought it was gas. But no issues our stay was lovely, views were beautiful, beds were cozy.
