The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Tie all trash tight and place in bear trash bin at bottom of stairs.
Remove all bedding and used towels, pile in living room.
Clean all dishes and food. Shut windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No party’s of any kind. Quite time is 10pm. No fires of any kind, including but not limited to, fireworks, grills, campfires, fireplace, smoking.
We are on a well, and we are in a major drought, be very cautious of how much water you use. If you require a refill you will be charged $500.
The animals and insects are extra hungry with the change in climate/water supply. Be aware of your surroundings and keep food in containers.

What makes this property unique

We are right on the river, nested right on the side of the mountain. This is a very tiny safe tight-nit town, with 1 post office. We have a train that comes right through the town. And have a lot of wildlife coming through, mouse, dear and bears!
