Quaint Florida Bungalow just steps away from shops, restaurants, breweries, city parks and world class fishing.  Home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living area with queen sleeper sofa, dining room, quartz countertop kitchen, outdoor space, and sunroom to enjoy those tranquil Florida evenings.

Guests will enjoy a large master bedroom with king size bed, smart TV, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The Second bedroom offers a queen size bed, and en suit bathroom with tile walk-in shower.  You will find original stained glass and ceiling tiles throughout the home. Kitchen is a bakers dream with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and all your cooking essentials for those family nights enjoying each other's company.  Whole home Culligan water system, OnDemand hot water. Large Living room is cozy and comfy with plenty of room to relax and enjoy a good book.  Outdoor area is full of native plants and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine.

Quiet get away

Cottage is well equipped and easily accessible for any activities in Apalachicola or surrounding areas. I was concerned for the possibility of noise due to closeness to 98, but it was very quiet! Two retired couples easily shared the facilities and we had most everything we needed. Would stay again.
