WILDLIFE WARNING
The lakeside is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including fish like the largemouth bass, sunfish, and catfish, as well as birds, deer, and insects. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), and secure all garbage.

It is also recommended to avoid bushes or long grass and to bring some pepper spray when going out for a hike or jog. We regularly perform pest control and take extra measures to prevent critters from entering our homes; please keep doors and windows closed to keep them out.

NOISE
We kindly request all guests to respect the quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Please note that a boat is parked on the property but it is off-limits to guests. Let us know if you need more information on nearby boat rentals.

NO PETS
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

FISHING AT LAKE OCONEE
Fishing is permitted at Lake Oconee and managed by Georgia Power. Guests may fish from boats, banks, and public piers. A valid Georgia fishing license is required for anyone 16+. Please observe posted signage, avoid restricted areas, and note that private shorelines require owner permission.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house. The house was spacious, spotless, and even more impressive than the photos, with plenty of room for our large group to relax without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the indoor-outdoor living spaces—screened porch, fire-pit area, hot tub, and private dock—made the trip unforgettable. This was a fantastic vacation home! All of the amenities in the house were very high quality, plenty of space for our whole crew of fifteen, and a beautiful view of the lake the minute you open the front door. We had plenty of activities to do. We swam in the lake, fished, kayaked, went tubing and jetskiing, discovered the large rock for jumping,and rope for swinging out over the water, and made somemores over the campfire. Back in the house after dark we enjoyed many games of pool in the game room and enjoyed watching movies on the large screen tvs. I think we all went home with many new memories and a wish that we could stay longer. What a great vacation place!!

A gathering to remember

This property was excellent. We had a large family vacation and the house was perfect for 16 people. Beds were comfy, showers had excellent pressure. Game room was so fun. Large screened in porch and boating dock. I Highly recommend renting this family lake house.

We had an amazing time in this property. The house is spectacular and looks even nicer than the pictures. Views of the lake are breathtaking. Our family just had the best time. Incredible View!

Very nice house. Spacious and well-equipped. The view of the lake from the living areas up and downstairs is just incredible. It was unfortunately a bit too hot to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but the view was always there. The game room is fun as well. Would definitely stay there again.

A group of my friends gather every year for Friendsgiving. This was at the top of our gatherings. The home was beautiful and just as described in the property listing.
