Enjoy a stay in the White Mountains at this Village of Loon townhouse with winter views of the ski slopes on Loon Mountain. On the entry-level of this townhouse, you will find a bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom located just outside this bedroom’s door. Downstairs is a sitting area with a flat-screen television and a queen-sized Murphy bed. The primary bedroom suite is just off the sitting area with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, private bath, and wooded views from the small deck. The main living level is found above the entry level. This level holds a full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, stacked washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for five, and the living area with a wrap-around couch, flat-screen television, and electric fireplace. The deck is accessed from a slider in the dining area and offers wooded views of Loon Mountain. The third bedroom holds a traditional set of bunk beds (twin over twin) and a pyramid set of bunks (twin over full) and offers a ½ bath outside the door.

Your stay includes membership in the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club, which has two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), a sauna, an exercise room, and 12 tennis courts.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. (1 in front of the unit, closest to the stairs & the 2nd across the road, parallel parking - look for the sign. Parking in front of the neighbor's home will result in towing.) 1 overflow parking space near the development entrance. Parking pass required or vehicle will be towed.

The pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has four air conditioners: in the foyer bedroom, living room, loft, and primary bedroom.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
As of December 2024, the former woodburning fireplace was placed out of order, so an electric one has been placed for now.
