This was our first time using VRBO. The host was excellent, very good responding to messages since we had to extend our stay. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Great location. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

It was a nice clean modern house! It was cozy and plenty of space for my family.

The property was modern, new, and clean! We loved the blankets in the baskets (comfy). The Christmas decorations was an extra special touch. We liked that is was close to stores and activities.

Great Space Quiet Neighborhood.

The housing development is new and very quiet. Very nice community. The location to all the areas interests is perfect. So much to do and see. The property is beautifully appointed, very clean and comfortable for our party of 4.

A Great House In Forest

We were in the area to visit our daughter who attends Liberty for the Easter weekend. The house was spacious and well equipped to gather with family. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. The house was exceptionally clean. We will be staying here again!!

We loved our stay! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home was close enough to everything we had planned. Fabulous home and location!

Extremely clean and well laid out. Nice furniture, decoration and very comfortable. Loved sitting outdoors and relaxing with friends. Hosts were wonderful and prompt in responding to questions. Highly recommend staying at this house over others and great hosts.

Labor weekend visit

The house was perfect It was very clean, very nicely decorated and the communication was very good It was relaxing and comfortable we came to visit our son at liberty university and it was a good distance to visit and attend a football game We also rented a boat at smith mountain lake which was just a quick 50 min trip

We found the house to be a perfect HQ for our Triple Crown hiking weekend. It's convenient -- both to the mountains and to the many nearby universities -- and has been thoughtfully prepared by the Host. In a new neighborhood with a wide selection of amenities (grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, gas, etc.) close by, it's modern, comfortable, well-appointed and clean. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in porch after long days of hiking.
