La Casita Du Relax is located in one of the most desirable gated communities in central Palm Springs. The convenience of this lower level unit gives the feeling of being in an exclusive cottage with two private patios, one you can access from the master bedroom with a beautiful view of the Prescott Nature Preserve to the east and the San Jacinto Mountain range behind you to the west. Enjoy your early morning coffee watching the sunrise behind the beautiful palms in the distance, or an enjoyable cocktail in the late afternoon on your private patio. This master bedroom patio has a table and sitting for four plus a beautiful teak rocking chair for your relaxation. Hidden behind the double doors, is the fully stocked laundry room with washer, dryer and supplies provided.
The large master suite has a California King size bed, large wall to wall double mirrored closets and a large solid wood mirrored dresser with lots of storage.

In the living room you will find a Queen size Sleeper sofa, a recliner, and a designated working space including a beautiful writing desk, all electrical connections and supplies for your convenience. There is also a large smart TV with access to multiple applications and WiFi. Relax on the second private patio from the living room with another teak rocking chair for your relaxation as well a set of patio chairs with tables. Enjoy the brand new propane fire BBQ ready to go!
The dinning room is located between the living room and kitchen, with comfortable sitting for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and baking needs, including a Keuring coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods as well as an Espresso coffee maker!
The bathroom features a large shower-bath. The bathtub is round and spacious!

This complex features several swimming pools and heated spas conveniently located just a few steps from the unit, as well as beautifully landscaped grounds and the peaceful Prescott Nature Preserve to go for a bike rides, walks or just meditate and enjoy the beautiful ponds and wildlife.

The Mesquite Country Club complex is centrally located and walking distance to major shopping areas. You can drive, Uber/Lyft or walk the 1.5 miles to Downtown Palm Springs where you will find entertainment, and a variety of restaurants and shops, ice cream parlors, candy stores, Starbuck's , and may more.

Plenty of parking available just a few steps from the unit and no stairs !

Absolutely perfect place to stay when visiting Palm Springs. Close to downtown, shops and restaurants. La Casita is the most charming place. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking with spices, dinnerware, utensils and pans. Plus so many added personal touches including coffee choices and treats!
Such a lovely place and fun to stay. Pools for cooling off and nature preserve for added beauty!

Jesse was an amazing host, going above and beyond with communication and helpful info. The condo was very comfy and clean. Nice king bed and a kitchen with everything you need. Both heated pools were nearby, with relaxing whirlpools too. Never crowded. This condo is also in a great, quiet location. A nature preserve is adjacent with nice trails, and everything else in town is within a 2-5 minute drive. The fantastic Indian Canyons were only 15 minutes away. We loved our stay!!

It is very close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs, but it's a very quiet, relaxing place. The owner was very nice, had everything labeled so it was easy to find things. Very good experience

This was perfect!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Clean, well appointed and decorated. The location could not have been better. Minutes from dining, shopping and the airport. Spring break in Palm Springs

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful week at La Casita! It was everything that our host, Jesse, had said it was. Everything from the initial check in, to check out process went smoothly. We were especially touched by the gift basket our hosts had to greet us with upon our arrival.The condo was super neat and clean, and the beautiful king size bed was extremely comfy! A Gem in the Desert

We had an outstanding stay at this VRBO condo in Palm Springs. The location is unbeatable, offering the best of both worlds – close to the heart of town while bordering the Prescott Reserve for serene desert walks along the pathways.The condo itself was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. It's hands down the most well-equipped VRBO suite we have ever stayed in. There was even 4 ways of making coffee from an espresso machine to a Keurig including the pods they truly thought of everything. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, with a king-size bed that ensured a restful sleep. My wife was absolutely thrilled.The property as a whole is quiet and beautifully maintained, with friendly residents adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Jesse, our host, was warm, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Palm Springs.
