Quaint, smaller boutique hotel that is close to downtown Palm Springs, shopping and restaurants, it always feels like you have the resort to yourself, even when the resort is full of guests. It also has the unique advantage of being pet friendly, which is a rarity with timeshare properties. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful.
BusyInTorrance wrote a review Oct 2021 Torrance, California69 contributions60 helpful votes Fantastic week of rest, sunshine, and clear weather My husband and I just came back from a week's stay at this resort. The pools were sparkling clean, the outside and inside looked like it was freshly painted, the room was huge, had a lot of windows and was well appointed. It lists the kitchen as a kitchenette but it is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, big sink and 4 burner stove. We had one of the largest rooms with 2 bathrooms and a large cozy stone fireplace. The manager, Gracie, and Asst. Manager, Peggy, were so nice and helpful. If we needed anything or had questions they were always available. It was very quiet - you could hear the birds singing. There were humming birds, jack rabbit and butterflies. They have a lot of grassy areas, bar-be-ques, tables with umbrellas, chairs, and lounge chairs too around the pool. The room had two big desks which was nice as I brought my lap top as I had to work. The resort is centrally located - less than a 10 min. drive to down town Palm Springs where there is a lively night life with lots of good places to eat. And Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage are only a short drive. You can sit outside and watch the sun go down over the magnificent mountains which are close by. The room was very clean. They allowed us to use the washer and dryer - it was so convenient.

This was a nice relaxing get away, easy check in … the accommodations were very nice and we enjoyed being able to go in the pool and hot tub. Nice location and there are lots of things nearby to enjoy. Thank you for this wonderful time away 😁
This is a lovely little apartment close to coffee and shopping, a short drive from downtown, and only ten minutes from the stunning park at Indian Canyons. The kitchen was well equipped, the pools and spa well maintained, and we had a delightful week.

Very nice apartmentsuite near downtown. There was easy parking and quick access to stores and restaurants. The pool was spotless and all of the amenities worked fine. We would stay here again if spending more than just a couple of days in Palm Springs.
We had a great time. Check in was super easy especially considering our flight was over 5 hours delayed. Property is fully equipped and very spacious. Should have stayed longer was the only complaint!!

We are a couple from MN who has been enjoying the Villas since 1992. It's getting harder to travel, so we have decided to open up our time share to others. We've really enjoyed the sunny, warm weather along with the art museum, wide choice of restaurants, the fun tours during Modernism Week and the many other events and activities the Coachella Valley has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We love the mountain views as a backdrop to the many palm trees, cacti and mid century architecture of the desert. Palm Springs also has a wonderful history tied to Hollywood with the many actors and actresses that have vacationed and lived here over the decades. We spent many hours hiking the mountain trails over the years. There is also a new Indigenous Cultural Center that just opened in downtown Palm Springs that promises to be a great addition to the city.
