This modern, well-appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bath split-level home is designed for comfortable longer stays in one of Venice’s most desirable neighborhoods. The space is open, bright, and thoughtfully laid out, with a full kitchen suitable for everyday cooking, a comfortable living area for work or relaxation, and a private outdoor yard that adds rare livability for Venice.

Both bedrooms feature queen-size memory-foam mattresses, while the living room includes a memory-foam sleeper sofa for additional flexibility. The bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the neighborhood.

Very clean well decorated unit with everything you need for home away from home!

Kevin is a great host and is very accessible if you have questions. The condo is clean and comfy and has all the amenities. He provides detailed instructions for checking in and departure aa well as how to operate TV and heat/air inside the condo. This is in a good location and the deck is great plus has bikes available for use.

Great location, great amenities, well explained on amenity usage and surrounding area options.

Big fan of this place. Well appointed and thoughtful for guests. Kevin is responsive but not invasive. We knew there was just the one bathroom so the small inconvenience of that for 4 people was more than compensated by everything else. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area.

Updated condo with great amenities and perfect location

This condo is bi-level and the ideal amount of space for four people. We had AC in the living room AND both bedrooms. Washer/dryer was a plus and the included bikes were an amenity we relied on daily to truly explore Venice. Located just a few blocks from the beach and a straight shot to Abbot Kinney Blvd. The patio area is perfect for relaxing after a long day of biking and beaching :) Kevin was extremely responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Superb location with top quality amenities

This is a superb 2 bedroom home, with modern, high level facilities. The yard was a fantastic bonus with high quality bbq and plenty of lounging space. The house is approximately a 5-10 minute walk to Venice Beach and the neighborhood is great, quiet and clean. Bars, restaurants and shops are a short walk on Abbott Kinney. Whilst Venice beach promenade is certainly not everyone's cup of tea - Santa Monica Beach is a short drive or 30 minute walk (highly recommend) Kevin the owner was fantastic to deal with from the moment of inquiry through to the day of departure. We had all the information we needed to enjoy Venice Beach.

veNICE apartment at a top location.

Really nice and very clean apartment with a great living/kitchen room, two large bedrooms with more than enough space and a very nice outside with hammock and BBQ (gas) Nice and relaxed place to come home to after a great day at the beach or shopping in LA. The apartment is situated just 4 blocks from the VENICE beach entrance which is just 2 min with the bikes (which are available at the apartment) One thing that must be said.....before you arrive (and you could mention this in the emails) at the apartment you have to do some groceries at Walgreens or Safeway or any other big store. There are no big grocery stores in the neighborhood and its quite expensive to do the groceries at the beach!!

Property with great yard

The best thing about the property was the yard ! It was wonderful to spend time there. The property is way too small for 6 persons, with only 1 toilet and 1 bath ! The kitchen had a lack of tools, ex. a set of tools for salat ! The vine glasses were not alike, and not many of them. We were 6 persons but there were only 4 striped towels for the beach ! The 2 bedrooms were excellent ! And nice with the washing machine og dryer. And it was great with the bikes, we drove lots of miles ! We enjoyed the stay ! Kind regards Susanne B. Iversen

Angenehm und bequem

Sehr gute FeWo mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht: Strandstuhle,Fahrraeder,Strandtucher und Half-Surfbord.In der Kuche war alles notwendiges dabei: Salz,Kaffe,Zucker,Catchup, Senf,sogar Aspirine. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sehr sauber,Betten mit bequemen Matrazen. In Garten ist ein Barbeque und Sitzecke dabei. Sehr schoenes Domizil.

*** 1 mid stay cleaning included. We can arrange this from about 10 to 17 days into your stay. The cleaners take about 2 hours and usually start between 9a-11a, but that can be adjusted depending on their availability schedule.

We are available as much or as little as you need us.

The unit has been set up to be fully automated for self checkin and once you book, you will receive all the information you need to park and get into the unit.

We will leave other information inside the unit so you know how to use the stereo, wifi, bike locks, etc.

We are available anytime if you should have any questions or needs.
