This serene house in Lower Township offers 4 bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 1 twin bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests can relax and unwind in this soothing space. The living room also provides an additional sleeping option with a cozy sofa bed. There is an inground heated swimming pool and large patio area with fire pit. The pool area also has a fire pit and a BBQ area and outdoor seating for 12. There is also a 75 in TV outside by the pool to enjoy an evening of movies in or around the pool. The house is located 700 feet from the bay. The artwork throughout the house was created by my mother. All of the work was produced at the residence. So. I’ve named it after her! Experience what Lower Township has to offer with a stay at our house. Sunday to Sunday rentals only Between June and the end of September.

Neil was great host and house met out expectations. 1) clean with all amenities, 2) only one block from bayside beach and 10-15 mins from. North cape may or cape may, 3) great pool, multiple outdoor seating areas with quiet neighborhood. Great find, would book again.

Villas is a family friendly neighborhood. Located almost exactly between Cape May and Wildwood. So whether you enjoy a calm walk through Cape May or the excitement of the Wildwood boardwalk, Villas is a great location!

What makes this property unique

We’ve made our property an outdoor oasis! Our large patio area is great for entertaining or relaxing. The in ground pool area is the perfect place to spend the summer days or, if you prefer the beach, you are steps away from the bay.
