This house is impeccable, and so is the host, Gary. We loved everything about the house, especially the pool area. Gary was so helpful with all of his restaurant recommendations as well as transportation. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Our only regret was that we had to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. A lot of amenities to make our trip comfortable. Gary is a great communicative host and the driver he recommended (Phillip) was great as well. Would highly recommend!

Perfect house for the group

The house is kind of split into two sections on either side of the pool, but it worked out great. The area not connected to the main house had a kitchenette and plenty of bathrooms. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen including coffee which is the most important meal of the day. Gary also had plenty of pool and beach supplies like towels, sunscreen, hats, umbrellas, etc. We had 9 people in our group so sleeping arrangements worked out great. The house is situated literally right across the street from the beach within walking distance through the path in the bushes. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely vacation

Beautiful property with 5 bedrooms that accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 kids and 1 baby. Gary accomodated my request for a blow up mattress for the kids to sleep in the living room which was so very nice of him. There were 2 bassinets in the master's but we had brought out own.The courtyard with the pool is gorgeous but the water was freezing during March. Saunders beach is a close walk across the way and through the bushes and across the street.One side of the house has 3 bedrooms and the main living and kitchen on the second story. We mainlyv gathered here for dinner but it's a tight fit for 12 around the table. The other side of the courtyard had 2 bedrooms, small living and kitchen. We had plant of trash bags and toilet paper. Also had condiments left in fridge and cabinets. Coffee bar was stocked. He has pool towels and floaties. My sister used the yoga mat for morning stretches. Overall it was a great stay for our family!
