We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, cute, comfortable, and the perfect size for our family with a 2½-year-old and an 8-month-old. The location was especially convenient for families—the beach, fishing pier, and playground were all close by, and we could even walk to the Saturday farmers market, which was a fun surprise.The host was exceptionally kind, informative, and responsive. She communicated with us throughout our stay, answered our questions quickly, and gave us several wonderful local suggestions. Her hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and helped make our trip easy and enjoyable. This was a great little beach house for a family with young children, and we would happily stay again!

The house is so close to Buckroe Beach, you can see the bay from the living room. Very quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen and coffee area. Kids dishes and cups were a plus! Very responsive about letting us know if it would be cleaned and ready early since we were just there for one night.

Clean Quiet/SafeQuick walk to the beach. Fishing pier () and another pier not too far down. Beach was also quiet and not crowded, huge plus for someone looking for an actual vacay away from all the commercialized beachesHouse is stocked with everything you need. Grill is charcoal which you will need to bring. Would definitely stay here again.

A great little spot. Next door neighbors were a little rough with a horribly kept dog. It was a sad thing to see, but not anything on this house. The location is beautiful just a short walk to a small convenience store.

This was a very cute and quaint little house. We wanted a quick beach trip and this was perfect! Less than 3 minute walk to Buckroe Beach…you could actually see the beach from the front porch. Communication with the owner was wonderful and the whole process was made very easy. Only issue was the coffee table in the front room was “wobbly” and it was hard to keep the kids from touching it as not to break it. Other thank that…wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again.

The location was awesome and Lynn is super nice and communicative! There were a few small things that could have been improved, cleanliness-wise. Just dust on outlets, towels that spent too long in the washer, floors could’ve used a mopping. Nothing TERRIBLE, but noticeable. Really enjoyed our stay, though and would definitely recommend the host & property!
