Property can not be used as a LARGE party venue/LARGE event. Not for parties including bridal events.

Tenants to adhere to the City of Virginia Beach codes, including, but not limited to noise and parking.

Must be 25+ years old to be main lease signee and reside at property during rental period.

No illegal activities to be conducted on the property including underage drinking.

Still security cameras monitor side backyard, yard gate and fence.

If any violations are found, owner reserves the right to terminate reservation immediately and renters required to vacate with no refund.
