Bedrooms 2&3 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, ceiling fans & patio doors onto terrace area. Family shower room with shower, wash hand basin & WC. Modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Large lounge/dinning room comprises of dinning table seating 6 comfortably, 2 three seater sofas, flat screen TV sitting on unit enclosing multi media blue ray dvd player, hi fi system, and Wireless internet connection, patio doors on 2 sides leading to upper terrace with shaded area, 6 seater dinning table & chairs, sofa, chairs & coffee table. Beautiful Villa

What a lovely week we have just had, beautiful villa, very well equipped with stunning views of the sea. Restaurants, bars and beach front all a short taxi ride away, or a 20/40mins walk if you fancy the exercise. Thank you to the owner for the welcome wine and essentials which were well appreciated after a late flight. We would highly recommend this villa.

Relax with a view

We had two lovely weeks with our family at the house. Sandy made us feel very wellcome and responded quickly at our questions. We hope to come back next year.

The villa exceeded our expectations , it was in a great location and very comfortable . Quiet although not far from amenities . The location of the villa in the middle of the island was convinent for exploring the north and south of the island . We will defiantly be booking a return stay .

Ideal for quiet relaxing stay

Very quiet residential area with views across towards the sea in the distance . Great for plane spotting as aircraft arrive on the island . Caretaker friendly and available and property spotless . Would give five stars if beach towels were made available and sun beds had pads as you can feel the frames when relaxing in the sun . Our second visit and we will return

Fantastic

We had a fantastic holiday! The property was great, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location was quiet and was perfect for us to relax, and just close enough to the local restaurants and supermarkets when we needed. The booking and check in process was very easy and Sandy was vey helpful in getting us checked in. We did hire a car for this holiday and on Sandy’s advice visited some beautiful parts of the island. We were very sad to leave, but will definitely come back.Thanks

We have had an excellent week in this superb Villa. It is everything you could wish for. The situation and views are perfect. The interior if the property is spotless, very spacious and well laid out. Outside is again spotless with a lovely pool and outside relaxing space. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone.

Great times

Despite close to the Airport (7 km) and ongoing air traffic it is a very calm and pleasant Villa. Everything is there, except enough handkerchiefs for one week and sun umbrellas . The pool is very clean and likewise big as well as the bedrooms, kitchen and surrounding. Overall, we found our stay very comfortable and enjoyable Uli and Susanne, Germany

Home from Home - Great second visit!

Loved this villa so much in November 2022, we visited again in Feb 2023. Great location, spotlessly clean, well equiped. Graham (the owner) even let us know that the pool heating was not working and offered free cancellation, but we stayed anyway and still used the pool (abeit a little chilly). Great for Golf, sunrises, running (my wife) and wondering down for some food to Caleta in the evening. Great place to relax!

Overall a lovely villa. Few points need addressing. TV advertised as having satellite, while it has satellite it doesn't .Patio doors need stickers to stop anyone from running into them. Clothes airer chained to a wall and rusty, could not use. Needs a new one preferably plastic.

Faultless in every aspect

I can only echo what others have said previously. Spotlessly clean villa in quiet location with lovely views across the landscape towards the sea . Booking process a doddle with clear concise information from the owners for arrival . Wi-Fi good (took my own firestick for tv ) car probably essential for most people but everything you require is 45 minutes walk away . We visited frequently in the 80’s and kept the island a secret . Although it’s changed like everywhere would we return? Of course👍

Pleasant Stay

The property location and outlook are fine located in a quiet residential area with great views to the sea.The villa is clean and tidy with a vast outside area with plenty of comfortable furniture.The communication with Graham at the outset was good and the local managers on the island Sandy and Andy were very welcoming and knowledgeable about Fuerteventura.There are a few things that could be improved to make sure your stay meets with expectations:1) the property advertises TV with cable channels - There are NO UK channels and having checked with the local managers this is a known situation2) the property advertises a heated swimming pool - whilst solar heating is attached to the pool unless it’s very hot the pool is cold and unusable- we were advised the temperature is up to 3 degrees above ambient temperature which was only 19/20 degrees - both of these points are disappointing and misleading in the VRBO advertisement of this property3) one sofa needs urgent attention as the seating has completely collapsed on one side4) a new kettle is required with a fitted lidWhilst the above detracted slightly from our stay our overall view is that this is a nice villa, communication has been good and we had a nice holiday.

Hi i am please you enjoyed your over all stay, i do feel however i need to address this review, firstly we dont advertise cable or UK tv, the description of the pool heating is very clear and states heated within 6 degrees of ambient temperature via sola pods and is not charged for. Regarding the sofa not sure what you mean as we were out the week before you and didn't notice this however i will ask our manager to look into it.As for the kettle needing a whistle top there is no need as it turns off automatically.

Beautiful Villa.

We recently returned from a fabulous two week stay in this Beautiful Villa. The views from the villa are stunning and it was a joy to sit in the lovely gardens and just while away the day. The owners have thought of everything, all essentials catered for. It was immaculate inside and out . It was only a twenty minute walk to the shopping centre and a lovely walk along the coast into Caleta which took about fifty minutes but well worth the effort. Plenty of Restaurants and Bars, also plenty of shops. The beaches are clean and well kept.The buses were easy to use and very regular also the taxis. We didn't hire a car and found it really easy to walk to the shopping centre and get a taxi home. Our thanks to Sandy and Andy who were very helpful. Hope to return again in the near future. AMAZING VILLA - SUPERB VIEW

Have just spent two weeks at Casa Roja (wish it could have been longer). We have stayed in many villas over the past few years and this has to be one of the best. Can tell it is lovingly cared for. We cannot find anything to fault it on. It is lovely, spacious, clean, the beds are really comfortable. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms (preferable to air conditioning units). If you are eating in, you will find every kitchen utensil imaginable, and a good range of indoor and outdoor crockery. The inside area is beautiful, the outside area is AMAZING!!! The view is superb, (just lounge about and watch the world go by). The pool is great, the kids loved it. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing, stress free holiday. Thanks to Graham for the simple,, straightforward booking and instructions. Bad start

My wife and l arrived at the property at 10 o'clock at night believing that there would be some-one to greet us but there was no one so we could not gain entry this caused great distress as we are old pensioners my wife is 83 years old and at a loss on what to do but some-one nearby (a doctor) came to our rescue and drove us to a hotel costing us 110 euro for a night's stay , . Next morning a receptionist at the hotel managed to contact Vrbo who gave details on how to contact the owner, on the telephone the owner said he sent instructions on how to gain entry we never received them, after a great deal of wrangling we managed to get instructions, so we got a taxi back to villa to gain entry this was well into Thursday afternoon losing valuable time, money ,and distress on what was to be our dream vacation, A week later we met the villa manager and requested if we could delay our departure till the afternoon as we had a late departure ,this was refused unless we paid extra money , this l found astonishing considering the time and money lost due to not gaining entry to the villa plus no one was moving into the villa till the following day ..We thank Vrbo for their part but feel there should be a backup in case the situation arises again. overall, a very distressing time .

I feel that I need to reply to this very bias review, firstly no where on the web site does it say we do meet and greet we never have, it does say you will be sent directions which I did send on the 27th July 2022, if however for some reason you didn't receive them then why didn't you contact me, I struggle to see why anyone would. travel so far not knowing where they're staying and how to gain access. I also can't work out how you supposedly found the villa without instructions in the first place. As you know my wife and I spent a long time on the phone to you trying to get things sorted even texting you the instructions, unfortunately you wouldn't listen, it wasn't until the receptionist asked you to go back to your room that her and I managed to sort it out in no time at all, she printed off the instructions from the forward email I sent you. However even when you had the instructions you failed to read them and set the villa alarm off. As for staying on later on the last day our manager [who I'm told you were very rude to] let you stay a few hours longer unfortunately she couldn't let you stay longer as she needed to clean for the next guests and you still weren't happy, the arrival and departure times are very clearly shown on the website. It's a shame you didn't enjoy your stay like so many before you have. I feel that any stress caused was self inflicted by not reading the advert or the instructions. Graham

Good location

You can sit and watch the world go by from a distance day and night from the patio of this villa in it's elevated position. It's really quiet (although one thing to note is the flight path is right next to it so you will get aircraft noise and they come in regularly throughout the day but it didn't bother us at all). Most of the surrounding properties are unoccupied so you're not likely to have any noise from neighbours. I would say you need a car if you're based here, you could walk to the nearest shops if you wanted but it's quite a hike, not a 5 minute stroll. Car hire is cheap, it's easy to drive there and parking is available everywhere. The kerb is not dropped outside the villa gate so parking the car inside is difficult as the kerb is quite high, we just left it in the road which wasn't a problem. The patio and pool furniture is clean and the pool is well maintained and is actually as warm as a bath, very pleasant. No shade around the pool, you need to go up onto the patio for shade. Inside, the villa wasn't amazingly clean and I have passed my comments on to the owner about this. The toilet had dried splashes along the top of the bowl and stains under the lid, luckily I'd taken bleach wipes with us. The kitchen was fair, but crumbs had been left on the stools and dried crusty deposits were all along the back of the work surface. The fridge and microwave were both clean. Towels and bedding were clean. Under the bed was hair and dust which we found when the bed cover fell on the floor one night, I picked it up and it had hair and dust on it. No air con but there are ceiling fans and a spare fan in the cupboard. There is a drawer full of books if you like to read and a tv and stereo with loads of music to choose from. All in all, a nice villa in a good location and a very short drive to shops and restaurants and the main town, but let down by poor cleaning.

If you're looking at this review the 1st question you want answered is would I book this villa again - I definately would. The good bits first, the booking process was excellent, smooth and easy. The villa is about 15 mins from the airport so no long transfer. It is in a very quiet area and not really overlooked from any direction. The outside space is great and completely surrounds the villa. The view is lovely with an uninterupted view to the sea. I would hire a car to get around but the walk to the local shopping centre is only about 30 mins and the supermarket does a home delivery service so you don't have to carry anything back yourself. The villa itself is the best equiped we have ever stayed in with plenty of sunbeds (with towelling covers provided) and outside seating, the kitchen was well equiped with crockery, cutlery etc and exceptionally there was plenty of plastic/ melemine items for use outside and around the lovely pool. The villa was very spacious with plenty of storage space, comfortable seating arrangements and comfy beds (which also makes a change!) My husband was concerned about no air conditioning as we visited at the end of August but the island is naturally breezy and this was more than enough to cool the villa. Shutters on all the doors and windows mean you can leave them open to let the breeze through, and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is a welcome folder available with lots of useful info which is probably a good job as the welcome service was non existant. As directed in the booking procedure when we arrived we rang Dwane surprisingly he said he couldn't meet us at that time of night ! (despite all flight details being given there was never any mention that we wouldn't be met). He gave us the datails of where to get the keys and said to ring if there were any issues, Fortunately we have had many villa holidays so were not to concerned but this would be shocking if you have never done this type of holiday before. The villa owners have recently introduce a new service to have a food pack on arrival which we booked however not all of the items were there, hopefully a teething issue? We didn't see Dwayne for the entire 15 days we stayed. Now I will remind you that I would definately book this villa again but I have to say there were signs that the villa need a little maintainance and it could use a little more shade for the outside spaces, somewhere to get out of the sun but still enjoy holidaying in this lovely villa

Un séjour fort agréable à Fuerteventura et plus particulièrement dans cette location.La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire et est très bien agencée.La piscine est chauffée par le soleil donc si vous sortez ou ne l'utilisez pas, pensez à bien refermer la bâche. Il nous est même arrivés de nous baigner de nuit sans problème. Le plus dur est de sortir avec le vent mais les serviettes posées sur les transats règlent ce mini problème.Nous n'avons eu que 2 jours très venteux donc nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse contrairement à Lanzarote. La localisation centrale sur l'ile permet de visiter aussi bien le nord que le sud. Andy et Sandy nous ont accueilli avec un grand sourire. La piscine a régulièrement été entretenu et au bout d'une semaine toutes les serviettes de bain sont remplacées et les draps changés. Une mention spéciale pour les serviettes de piscine disponibles, cela évite d'utiliser celle de plage pour ceux qui sont souvent à la piscine et à la plage.Un des canapés s'affaissent légèrement mais rien de méchant et le séchoir est légèrement rouillé mais ça ne tâche pas les vêtements, ça ne nous a donc pas empêché de faire des lessives.Le coffre fort est utile. Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir. Merci pour l'accueil, je recommande fortement cette villa.

Super Villa. Optisch / vom Stil her fantastisch, modern, hell, geräumig, großes Grundstück. Pool schön warm. Alles glänzend sauber. Nur hochwertige Ausstattung. 1A Betreuung vor Ort. Panorama-Meerblick. Das besondere ist die Privatheit des Eckgrundstücks, man hat zu drei Seiten keine Nachbarn, nur nach hinten raus, wo man nie ist (sonst sind ja viele Villen in Reihe gebaut und man kann Pech haben mit den Nachbarn). Kann ich nur absolut empfehlen.

Sejour de rêve

Une super villa avec une vue magnifique. Un super accueil de sandy et son mari. Nous avons eu un gros souci perso durand le sejour et ils se sont démenés pour nous aider.Tellement de belles choses a voir sur cette ile du coup la maison est bien située car elle est au milieux de l ile. Centre ville a 5 min en voiture. Allez y sans hésiter !
