In Table View on the West Coast, in a quiet area and 5 minutes from Bloubergstrand beach (with the most stunning views towards Cape Town and the famous Table Mountain) lies our cozy studio, with its own entrance and private part of the garden.
Kitchenette equipped with a folding table + 2 folding chairs, microwave, kettle, bar fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, 2 plate stove, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans etc.

Bathrooms: 1
Beds: 1 (King size) OR 2 (Twin beds)

It has it's own entrance, private garden space as well as kitchenette and separate bathroom.
We are 5 km to the beautiful Bloubergstrand beach , top spot for kite surfers, close to a shopping mall, major shops, restaurants and bars. 5 km from the Durbanville wine region and the Flamingo Vlei Nature Reserve is around the corner..
Only 18 km away from Central Cape Town.
Safety features include burglar bars, a trellis door and a Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm. Garden and parking areas are automatically lit at night.
Guest may use the BBQ/Braai facilities in their own private garden area. Own parking space available.
NO GARAGE! FREE WIFI INTERNET!

The SELF CATERING "Studio" will not be serviced during your stay, unless you stay 1 week or longer.

Why they chose this property

Because it's a very cozy and comfortable "Studio", soooo close to the beach (great for kite and wind surfing, body boarding and so much more fun, also fantastic and safe for kids) and the beautiful "Flamingo Vlei Nature Reserve". (bird watching, waters ports like water skiing and hikes) Not to mention the Durbanville (and other) wine estates for nice wine tastings. And many more attractions an easy drive away, all so nearby.
