This was the perfect little cottage for our small family for spring break. The house is absolutely perfect. The decor is awesome. It’s incredibly peaceful neighborhood, super close to everything and the dock was extra special. We enjoyed every moment of this place and we will be back!
What a beautiful place. The owners spared no expense remodeling and decorating. The views are unmatched. Beautiful sunsets. The sunroom was our favorite spot. Location is excellent, as you are close to downtown Beaufort and Port Royal. This is the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. We can’t wait to return!
This charming waterfront home is comfortable, nicely decorated and well-appointed for a short or longer stay. The decor is cheerful and the glassed-in sunroom is perfect for enjoying the water view in climate-controlled comfort. The property and neighborhood are low-country peaceful. It’s conveniently located on Lady’s island, which has everything you need; it’s just a few minutes drive across the bridge to downtown Beaufort.
“Charm” is the perfect description of this home and property! It’s exceptionally comfortable, clean and well-decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are stylish and have everything you need. The glassed-in sun porch is a lovely room to enjoy the river view throughout the day, in any weather. Management is communicative and logistics are easy. This home is a delight and we look forward to staying here again!
The house exceeded our expectation. It’s truly a paradise that’s hard to leave. Already miss the view. We enjoyed the dock so much. The fish were active jumping out of water quite a bit. The boats across the marsh would leave early each morning and we would watch them move across the water out to the big water. It was a peaceful sight. The location to town grocery stores and restaurants could not have been more convenient! We plan to make this a return visit every year!!!
VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. WE ENJOYED VERY MUCH. A COUPLE THINGS TO CONSIDER: 1) A LISTING OF EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBERS. WE EXPERIENCED A PROLONGED POWER FAILURE -ABOUT 2 HOURS. A LISTING OF EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBERS WOULD ALLOW NOTIFICATION OF UTILITY COMPANIES2) REMOTE BATTERIES WERE SPENT AND WE REPLACED WITH BATTERIES FROM ANOTHER REMOTE. 3) A BROOM AND DUST PAN WOULD HAVE ALLOWED US TO SWEEP THE FLOOR. WE SWEEP BUT NOT VERY USER FRIENDLY METHOD. 4) SOME INSTRUCTIONS FOR TV USEAGE. SOME OF US ARE NOT FAMULIAR WITH ROKU TV'S. A NOTE OF HOW TO ACCESS THE DISH SYSTEM THAT SUPPLIES TV CHANNELS AND WE COULD NOT FIND A LOCAL TV CHANNEL FOR LOCAL NEWS AND WEATHER. NO BIG PROBLEM; WE JUST LIKE TO VIEW LOCAL NEWS AND WEATHER TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. VERY ENJOYABLE, BOB AND FRAN VIGNA VERY NICE ACCOMADATIONS AND VERY ATTRACTIVE ACCOMIDATIONS. GREAT STAY.
What made this place so special was the easy access to all the restaurants, shops and attractions in the area. And I would be remiss if I did not speak of the beautiful sunset from the backyard.
This was an extremely charming home that exceeded our expectations! Home was cleaned, bedding comfortable with soft linens. Nice appliances and kitchen along with a most beautiful dock and view!
