Horrible experience

House was being cleaned after check in time, AC air filters were covered in filth, had to request they be changed, house had dead bugs throughout. This was the absolute worst rental experience we have ever had. Power went off twice during our stay for extended periods. Whoever is managing this place is doing a horrible job.

I know the weather was also not the best during your stay which added to your negative experience here. The home was left in deplorable conditions before your arrival from the previous guest and had to be cleaned more than usual which led to a later completion time, which I updated you on the unfortunate delay. The home is located on an island with a very active insect ecosystem, we have sprayed for bugs, and increased our spray schedule. We apologize for missing the ones that got in and died during the clean before your reservation The power outages where an island wide issue beyond our control. I updated you as much as possible on restoration times during the outages. This is the first negative review I have ever received and will strive to make it the last bad review. Thank You For Your Review
