Terrific house and location!

Swiss Haus is wonderful - fully stocked, super neat and clean. Luca was very responsive and the house was perfect for multigenerational gathering. Beautiful view, outdoor patio and grill made for great evenings and mornings. A block away from the ferry to Bemus Point. Just loved it!

Wonderful House

This house was very clean open will very nice decor, Had everything that we needed. The coffee bar was amazing !! The night fires outside in firepit were relaxing . The owner communication was great would reply right away if any questions . Would recommend and if ever back in area would differently book this again.

Perfect!

We had a vacation up to Bemus with the family and the house was absolutely perfect. Exactly as advertised. Clean. Well stocked. Amenities were top notch. The coffee bar was an absolute hit every morning. Within walking distance to Hogans Hut and great ice cream. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. Will def stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Luca’s property, which was incredibly beautiful, clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway! 2 families fit perfectly in the home, which felt spacious and was perfectly laid out to enjoy meals together at the large dining tables (inside and out), a movie night in front of the fireplace and roasting s’mores around the fire pit. The boys also had a ball throwing around the football and playing tag in the yard. Great location made it easy to get to Pumpkintown, Panama rocks, and southern tier. Luca was a gracious host and prompt to message through the app. We would definitely return!

Memorial Day Getaway

Place true to pictures ! We had family get together(9 andults) and we all had a wonderful stay!! Luca was excellent to communicate with, very accommodating. The rental property was welled supplied with the staples (towels, bedding, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc)Kitchen beautiful and plenty of space to cook and eat. Great appliances, cookware , dishes, and adorable coffee/tea bar area.We rode Bemus Stow Ferry over to Bemus to shop & get a bite to eat, public dock where we did a lot of fishing. Short walk to both in same area.Country store 10 min walk as well as ice cream place. Lots of families seen walking in the area along with dogs being walked.Somewhat a lake view, but short walk to public dock!Plenty of space to play corn hole, can jam outside. Fire pit we used every night!!We stay there again!!

Our property is one-of-a-kind with multiple state-of-the-art features. As a 2024 new build, the house is modern and has all the features you could hope for on vacation. We are different from the rest and can offer you an amazing experience on Chautauqua Lake.
