The main level boasts an open floor plan with tall ceilings, a huge kitchen with large center island and everything you'll need to cook great meals at home, a convenient main floor laundry room with dedicated workspace and powder room.
Upstairs, you'll find a large primary bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes three single beds and tons of closet space. The third bedroom includes a queen sized bed and another dedicated office space. Rounding out the upstairs is another full bathroom. Both the primary and third bedroom are roomy enough for an additional rollaway single bed and/or crib if needed.

Home to a large Latinx community, Cherokee Street a culturally diverse, vibrant, up and coming area in St. Louis.
What makes this property unique
We spend about 1 week per month in this home while we visit my bonus sons who live in St. Louis. We aren't in the market to make a quick buck. This home was designed with guests and our family in mind. You'll notice a kitchen full of everything you need to make meals at home, amenities for families traveling with small children, and a neighborhood that supports adults having fun too. We love this place, and we hope you will too!
