Step into a beautifully renovated space designed with comfort and fun in mind. The bright and cozy living room invites you to relax, play games, or enjoy your favorite shows with family and friends.
Continue into the thoughtfully designed gallery-style kitchen, featuring brand-new stainless steel appliances, a touchless motion-sensor sink, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. From the dining area, gaze out the window to a serene backyard where you might catch a glimpse of deer or rabbits passing by.
To the left of the living room, you’ll find a modern full bathroom equipped with a shower, tub, and a storage closet for your essentials. Further down the hallway are two private bedrooms:

Both bedrooms offer a quiet, comfortable retreat with ample storage.
The home also includes a finished attic that can be used as additional storage or a flexible play space for kids. The unfinished basement provides complimentary access to a washer and dryer.
The attic space is furnished with a standing desk and ergonomic chair, making it a convenient option for remote work. Since the space is lightly furnished, it can also be used for spare storage as needed.
The home is located in a quiet, long-established residential neighborhood where families have lived for years. Nearby homes vary in style and condition, while this property has been fully renovated for comfort and convenience. The neighboring home is vacant and not owner-occupied.
The home is located near Genesis Medical Center. Emergency vehicles may occasionally pass through the area, though this is infrequent and rarely noticed by guests. For added comfort, white noise machines are provided in the bedrooms, and guests have not found this to be disruptive.
**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $150 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $35–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the Youtube TV app (not the YouTube app). We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient at their job.
This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods` website.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair.
TRASH Trash day is on Monday and recycling comes every other week on Monday. Please bring the cans to Bridge Ave for pickup on trash day.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside of the house on the driveway. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. PET RULES All pets must be approved before arrival and added to your reservation. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the property without prior Owner approval. If pets are not disclosed before arrival, your reservation is at risk of fines and immediate eviction.
Pets are not allowed on interior or exterior furniture at anytime. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. You are responsible for picking up after your pets in the yard and neighborhood. We provide doggie bags for your convenience. If excessive waste is left in the yard, you will be charged a fine. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don`t waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile.
We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker. Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started.

Great house. Had everything we needed. Very central location, easy access to Davenport and Rock Island. House was exactly what we were needed. Check in/check out was very easy. McKenzie was great at communication. Will stay there again when I need to place while I visit my daughter at college.
Nice cozy craftsman home. Good sized fenced area for your dog. Street is quite busy as hospital ER is down the block so lots of sirens. A convenience store/gas station in both corners a block away. House has quiet carpeted attic bonus room that would be great for kids to play or teenagers to hang out, not furnished but new carpet . Host is very easy to contact.
