We love living in Downtown Cleveland! We live 2 doors down from The Stepp House and we restored this wonderful landmark building over the span of 4 years. We enjoy Guardians & Browns games, walks on Lake Erie, live music, the local arts scene, and all the local breweries & eateries. You can truly eat your way through Cleveland!

Why they chose this property

The Stepp House is located on the very last block of greater downtown Cleveland. We absolutely love the proximity to sports, arts, dining, and Lake Erie.

What makes this property unique

The Matthew & Mary Stepp house is a recognized city historical landmark. It was in terrible shape when we started working on it in 2019. We took it down to the bare bricks and restored it to its original beauty. It was one of Cleveland's first mixed-use structures, housing a small doctor's office and several small apartments for the builder, his wife, and her sister.
