Exterior of home seats 12 plus! Located in Panama City Beach 4 blocks to the beach. Features 3 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and an additional office space with 2 murphy beds. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, and outdoor grill with 2nd story deck looking at South Lagoon. Relax in the peaceful surroundings of this wonderful residential neighborhood. Kayaks with easy access to water ( right across the street) bikes and a lap pool to enjoy.
