The moment you arrive at Oceanwinds Beach Resort Condominiums, you can start looking forward to the pleasure-filled time of your life. We are located in the heart of Cape Cod, near everything that's fun to do in this vacation wonderland. Swimming in the surf, golfing, tennis, fishing, visiting the National Seashore, whale watching, bike trails, summer theaters, shops and excellent restaurants. The unit is bright and airy and overlooks the beautiful Nantucket Sound. A 120 foot stretch of private beach (water temperature average 72 degrees) with great swimming and gradual water depth, is just steps away from your 'home away from home'. For families it is a great beach to set up all your stuff and walk back to the condo for lunch or bathroom breaks. The unit has, new kitchens with granite countertops, full bathroom, new doors, windows, oak flooring throughout the unit, tile in the bathroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig for your morning coffee, heat and air conditioning, TVs, two DVD player,
(TV in loft with DVD for movies), WIFI, beach chairs.
Has balcony with beautiful view and sound of the ocean, to enjoy your meal or just to chill. Back yard has picnic table and place to grill. Condo has outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.
Parking for one car is available, without any additional cost.
Towels and Linen are not provided. Guests are responsible for food and beverage. Loft is suitable for one adult,

We have stayed in this condo several times. From reservation to check in the process is seamless. The condo is always clean and move in ready. Kitchen is convenient with gas stove, plenty of cookware and full size fridge. We love the king size bed. Did I mention location, directly across from private beach, with amazing ocean view. Includes a deck, with a table and comfy chairs. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Rajani is a great host. Thanks for another amazing stay!

Delightful Dennis Port Oceanfront Condo

We had an outstanding stay at this delightful and and very comfortable and well appointed oceanfront condo with a fabulous deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails- our host was very accessible and accommidating, We will defi itely return next year!

Great studio for me and my husband. Excellent location just across from the beach. Opened the windows to hear the waves each night. Good location on the Cape made it easy to get to all different areas. Have stayed here twice and would go back again.

Dennisport Vacation

We just spent the week at an awesome rental in Dennisport. We sat on the deck everyday overlooking the beach right across the street. The condo was very clean and updated. Looking forward to future vacations.

Amazing Vacation

Everything went very well from the time of the check in to the unfortunate end of our vacation. The property was clean, and equipped with everything you need. Dennis Port Getaway

Great views of Nantucket Sound in a good central Cape Cod location. Excellent accommodations with 2 minor complaints: basic cable leaves few viewing options, and sound-side porch light is missing a bulb.

Our 2024 July Vacation

We enjoyed the week by taking in some of the sights that are uniquely Cape Code. We visited new restaurants and old haunts.. We waded in the ocean at Rock Harbor and shopped in Chatham. Not every day had perfect weather but it made no difference.

Our New Favorite Place

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. It was PERFECT! Rajani could not have made things easier. The description of the condo is spot on, it is in a prime location, and checking in/out was so easy. We fell in love with Dennis, so much so that we're hoping to come back annually! We highly recommend!

Cozy beachfront condo

We stayed 7 nights at this condo and it was perfect. It is not a large place but it is perfect for a couple. There is a small private beach across the street and the water was wonderful. Nice balcony that faces the ocean, and well equipped kitchen. Backyard BBQ’s were clean and a nice addition if you want to cook. Very friendly and helpful neighbours as well! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Perfect Week

Loved our time in Dennis Port, MA. The name of the complex "Ocean Winds" is aptly named. It was great having week of not having to use A/C. Fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean waves. It was the perfect location for all of our day trips. We loved that the area is not super touristy. Having the private beach across the street was amazing. We would definitely return!

The property was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located. If I had know the loft was accessible only through a pull down ladder I would have perhaps thought twice about staying there.

Wonderful October Stay!

This little unit was better than advertised. Very clean and updated. Great view of Nantucket Sound and you could hear the waves coming in to the shore. The bathroom was also clean and neat. The shower worked well even for a tall person. I highly recommend! Rich & Donna

Perfect Getaway

Great location! Unit well kept and clean. Decor is bright. The unit is cozy, but roomy enough for the two of us. The deck with ocean view is a great space to relax. We were really happy with the king size bed. Nice functional kitchen, with great gas stove and full size fridge. Only thing missing was a large lobster pot. Private beach was great too! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable but small

The location was nice across from the beach with a nice deck. It was central to all the places we wanted to visit. The condo was clean and comfortable but was smaller than we expected, it is a studio, the bed takes up much of the living space, but for the 2 of us it was doable. the loft was locked and not available to us. Having to bring our own sheets, towels and toilet paper was a first for us, not sure we would do it again just added extra luggage. The back yard was a nice space with grills but we did not use them.

Excellent spot

My husband and I stayed here the last week of September for our anniversary. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and the Cape was peaceful and quiet now that we’re into Fall. The condo is in a really convenient spot for almost anything you’d like to do on the Cape. Check in was really easy and the space was very clean and had everything we needed. The deck was quite sunny but had a beautiful view of the water. Luckily it was on the chillier side when we stayed so the sun didn’t keep us from enjoying sitting outside- I’d imagine some shade would be needed in the summer months, though. Overall, we were so happy with the spot and would definitely love to be back!

My family and I chose to buy this property because it stood out among the others we saw. Life is busy so I spend my time here to unwind. I love the location and the view is just breath taking.

What makes this property unique

There are so many things that we loved about this property. Ocean Winds Resort is like vacation wonderland! Swimming, golfing, tennis, fishing, visiting the National Seashore, whale watching, bike trails, movie theaters, shops and excellent restaurants are some of the many things you can do in the area. The unit is bright and airy and overlooks the beautiful Nantucket Sound. A 120 foot stretch of private beach is great for swimming and relaxing! The best part is that its steps away from the condo! For families it is a great beach to set up all your stuff and walk back to the condo for lunch or bathroom breaks. The unit has,a new kitchen with granite countertops, full bathroom, new doors, windows, hardwood flooring throughout the unit, and tile in the bathroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig for your morning coffee, heat and air conditioning, TV with full cable channels, a TV in the loft for DVDs and movies, free WIFI, and chairs.
