My wife and I spent 4 nights at this beautiful spot overlooking the hills!! The hot tub under the stars was a perfect way to spend our nights. Very close to Branson and shopping, maybe a 10-15 min drive. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and check in/out was incredibly simple! We highly recommend! We’ll look to stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Great place to stay. Close to concerts at Top of the Rock (4 miles) and Branson. Will definitely stay here again. WIFI was spotty but I wasn’t there to work or be online so worked out well for use. Thank you

Great location to attractions

It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness. The kitchen, toilets, floors were all clean, and really it wasn't super dirty, but looked like certain areas could've used another clean or wipe down before we arrived. The window sills had a few dead bugs, like gnats, some of the dishes still had some food remnants that looked like didn't come off in the dishwasher, dusty in various parts of the house. The other things, though not major, is that several of the remotes did not work. The ones for the lamps, candles, the shower. They might just need a battery change. Overall, I still give the place a 5 and the communication with Ryan was easy.
