We had 7 people in the house for a 4 day stay. When we arrived the WiFi was down and our cell service was not the best inside the house. We contacted the host and they knew about the issue but didn't advise us until we mentioned it. Unfortunately we needed internet for work and school for our family. We also had no access to television or our computers. There was no ETA from the host so we chose to cancel our reservation after 1 night.

We had reserved the VRBO house 2 months prior to going to Oklahoma for our granddaughters National Softball Tournament. It was an 8 hour drive from our home. We had not received anything for check in except the address. There was NO communication from the host. At 1pm when we were about 4 hours away, I contacted VRBO. The host was extremely rude and let us know that they were cancelling the reservation due to a plumbing issue. VRBO did not help with getting another house. Oklahoma City was FULL. The WCWC, NBA and the Softball National Tournament had everything booked. It was a total nightmare for my family of 8. We did manager to find a hotel with 2 King Rooms. I would NOT book this home if I were you. The owners would not let us try and stay one night in a hotel and then use the home the remainder of 5 days, There was no consideration at all. It almost put us in a situation that we would have had to stay 1 1/12 hours away from the tournament. Additionally, when VRBO refunds your money, they do not refund the insurance money
