Marble floorings throughout and an enormous 2000 sq ft open air patio which makes up the outdoor living space- great for kids, pets or entertainment.

A full kitchen with High-End Stainless-steel appliances, Designer Living room, Dining room and Bedroom furniture and Each private bathroom features free toiletries.

There is a TV in every bedroom and in the living room with basic cable subscription, Netflix, HBO, SHO and free Wifi available throughout the property.

This boutique building offers access to a private beach area and an outdoor pool with Hot-Tub on a side and BBQ area, a fitness center and Billiard Room, along with Business Center all available Free of charge. The apartment has laundry facilities and an assigned parking parking spot in the garage.

Great stay in North Beach

We had a wonderful 12 week stay in North Beach. The place we stayed was right on the ocean with several terraces, a wonderful pool and right in the thick of things. The building was modern, convenient and well managed. We enjoyed it so much we just contracted to purchase in the same building we stayed.

Great place, great location!

We loved our stay here. Everything was as pictured and right at the ocean with a stellar pool as well. Lots of walking areas, good restaurants, playgrounds and amenities nearby including a very nice Publix. The host was super accommodating as I needed to change our dates several times and was easy to communicate with. The condo association adds some extra steps to the process as well as a fee but Igor walked us through it. It was a great layout as there are 2 master suites on opposite ends of the apartment so lots of privacy and a HUGE patio for having people over or stretching out. Beds and linens were comfortable, there is a well-appointed kitchen, and washer + dryer in the unit. We look forward to staying there again!

Beautiful beach condo

Beautiful clean, modern condo on the beach. With a gorgeous lanai. Amazing sunset views. The building is very clean and the staff is sweet. The gym is top notch and we loved the pool and hot tub. The beach is not crowded and clean. Convenient location for walking to shops and restaurants. The energy is great! Very grounding! We loved it ❤️

A wonderful place to stay

We were so happy with our time at this terrific condo in the great little neighborhood of North Beach. The building is fabulous: fantastic staff, great facilities, amazing location. Right next to the beach and beautiful walking and biking path. The owner is wonderful to deal with. We had such a great visit that we’re coming back! Thank you!

La résidance Bel Air est super bien, tout le confort est au rendez-vous. Nous avons voyagé en famille et franchement je le conseil vivement. Nous avons trouvé tout le confort idéal. La plage est a 5 mètres on a les pied dans l’eau, la piscine les parcs d’activItés les restaurants et la proximité de tout les endoits utiles. Perso c’est la 2 éme fois que je retourne dans cette résidance et je garde de super beau souvenir. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçu !! Merci Bel Air

Why they chose this property

Prime Miami Beach front location, just 5-10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach but in a more laid back area with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is a brand new Publix supermarket only a few blocks away, a rowing club 2 blocks away and a tennis club 7 blocks away. There is also a golf club within 5 minute driving distance

This is one of the most sought after areas in Miami Beach as it offers peaceful and relaxed beach-front experience while being in close proximity to all the popular sights that Miami is known for.

The beaches tend to be cleaner and more private in the north beach and are less crowded or overrun with tourists

What makes this property unique

This unit comes with a unique 2000 sq ft lanai terrace, one only 2 lanai terraces of this size in the entire building. Perfect for a family with kids, pets or anyone who likes extra space to entertain under the blue Miami sky.

There is a large additional terrace with access from the master bedroom which merges with the lanai patio.
