Unit features rare 12 ft ceiling, marble floors, high tech lighting and floor to ceiling impact glass windows with Electric power shades that block sun but allow view. Also, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, 24/7 Concierge, Pool, Jacuzzi., fitness center, billiard room. Building is directly on the beach adjacent to Allison Park and North Beach walkway. Walkway goes from 83rd St to South Pointe, allows jogging, biking and long walks adjacent to dunes. Pool is directly adjacent to beach and ocean with BBQ area by the pool. Bicycle rental( Citibikes) in park adjacent to building. Building is within walking to many restaurants, shops, groceries etc reducing the need for a car. South Beach is only 10-15 minutes away by car, Uber or cab. Perfectly located close to South Beach, Bal Harbor, Wynwood and Design District. 15-20 minutes from Miami International Airport.
With extra high ceiling, high tech lighting and being on the 18th floor there are fabulous sunsets and views in 3 directions to ocean and beach, the lights of South Beach and Downtown Miami across the Bay. Parking for 1 car and comes fully equipped with everything you would need. Building has concierge, electronic entry security, Beach chairs and umbrella concession comes with building. The furnishings are modern, bright with a pull out sofa bed, king size bed in master, wall mounted flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom. .Marble floors throughout and designer 1/2 bath. Additionally the bedroom has been expanded from the regular bedroom in the building making it extra spacious and comfortable plus it opens to the deck and gives you ocean views from the king size bed!! (Bedroom has 'black-out' curtains). BelAire on the Ocean has an on site manager, concierge, engineer and valet. There is a security system for entire building needing phone/electronic fob for all doors as well as parking levels and is specific to floor. Cable and wireless provided with rental as well as utilities at No Extra charge.

We are original owners and have used this condo for personal use so it is always in excellent condition. We live in Miami so attending to anything during guest stays is easy!!

Breathtaking Views, Excellent Apartment, Great Building, Nice Owner

I stayed here for ~2.5 months while my condo was under construction. First I should say that my permanent residents is less than 2 blocks away (also on the beach), so I am biased about the neighborhood, location and restaurants. It is a nice neighborhood with local restaurants, bars and stores, it is the opposite of South Beach...but its <5 miles away so you can take an Uber, taxi, bus, free beach shuttle (takes a couple of transfers) or rent a citibike The building is great - modern, clean, good amenities, and the staff is lovely. The main concierge knew my name within days and all the staff was polite and happy. The apartment is amazing with a view from every room. It is clean modern and easy to live in. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen . Fully stocked for the beach (towels, umbrellas, toys, chairs, cooler, etc.). and the amazing views of both the beach and the city when on the balcony are incredible. And lastly, every review that I read prior to meeting the owner is true. He is a responsive owner who will check on your stay, follow up (if any issues) and a genuinely nice person. For my particular situation, I kept asking for extensions, as the construction on my condo was (is) never ending and he was very accommodating. Thanks Bob! I have and will continue to recommend this unit to visiting friends and family.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sites

This is my sixth year staying at this condo for 3 months in the winter season. I have friends in the same building and this unit stands out compared to all the others. It is a LARGE one bedroom and the penthouse floor makes it feel bigger. The balcony runs the entire length of the condo and the view are outstanding since you look down at the park (not another hi rise) and large expanse of the beach. The owner does a great job with updates and keeping everything in top shape as if he is staying there. Furniture is nice, well equipped kitchen, double length parking inside the garage, with beach chairs. This is a great building, everything is kept up-to-date, fresh, and the pool + new BBQ area are great. Excellent 24-hour security and located on the boardwalk with newer Publix grocery an easy 3 blocks away. hard to beat this one in Miami; I will be back for year 7.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT/ASTONISH VIEWS

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 25 nights and loved it. We come from Argentina and really enjoyed this marvelous apartment The apartment is right in Miami Beach and couldn't be any closer to Miami City, right in front of the beach there's a walking board and all the cafes and restaurants you could possibly want and a couple of blocks away there's a new Publix which makes it easier to walk and shop your groceries The apartment itself was excellent. It is exactly as per the pictures & details and has enough room to make an extended stay enjoyable. It is very secure with doormen 24/7. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of space. I can't describe the view you have from your bedroom and the living room, its astonish, you can see Miami's bay as well you have all the ocen for oyurselve right in front of the apartment....I wish we could take the view with us!!!! We found Robert (the owner) to be very, very helpful in all aspects, easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. He even called us quite a few times to see if we were enjoying our stay and if everything was alright with the apartment We give it our recommendation to anyone traveling to Miami and no doubt we will come back to this condo, we highly recommended and you will not regreat it at all Thanks Robert for the great time we had and our congrats for your apartment!!!

Absolutely perfect!

Based on the reviews here, my wife and I rented the apartment for 9 days during Christmas. It really was perfect for us. The owner, met us at the building on our arrival, showed us around and could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The apartment itself has a stunning view, is very tastefully-decorated, in a great location, with all the amenities, including parking and an imaculate gym. When we had a problem with the wi-fi, The owner's son, who is an IT professional, come immediately to fix. The building staff, from reception, to maintenance staff, were wonderful. Our daughter came to visit for a few days, and was extremely comfortable on the sofa bed in the living room. Since we live overseas, we've decided that this is the perfect place to spend our time in the US on vacation, and we will definitely be returning.

Great Place and location

My wife and I stayed here Feb - April 2012. We loved it. The condo is exactly as described, you will never tire of the view - it is spectacular 24 hours a day with downtown Miami to the west and very nice southern beach view. The adjacent park really expands your openness with a huge balcony; Deco bike rental station at the park is a plus. Ideal for two people; safe area, great broadwalk, and decent restaurants in walking distance. New Publix being built 4 blocks north will complete the package as an ideal long term rental. We have rented in MIA for 4 years and this is the best lcoation; close enough to SOBE but not too close.

My husband and I just spent the week between Christmas and New Year's at this condo and cannot say enough great things about it. The building and condo itself are spectacular. Robert was wonderful to work with from start to finish, and extremely helpful upon our arrival and departure. (He met us there as soon as we arrived and showed us all around the building, etc. He even called during our stay to check in on us to see if we had any questions, etc. which was very appreciated.) The condo has everything you could need for a comfortable stay: WIFI, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, washer, dryer, etc. The condo is very nicely furnished/decorated and spotless, and the view is amazing. The location is perfect, not too close to South Beach where things get loud and crowded, yet a very short drive or cab ride to restaurants, etc. (Note: you don't need a car if staying here, you can easily get around by cab and there are drugstores and restaurants within walking distance. Having a car isn't a problem either as there is parking in the building which is a huge plus.) There's also a wonderful walkway along the ocean which you can take walks/runs on, or bike/rollerblade. We couldn't have been happier with our pick of where to stay and look forward to returning. Thank you again, Robert!!

Everything we had hoped for and more!

My husband and I have just spent a month in this condo. We loved it! In addition to what others have said I would add that the details are great. It is beautifully furnished and outfitted - even the art is delightful. The bed is so comfortable, and the linens are nice. Everything that we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The views are fantastic! The city, the ocean at your feet, the beautiful neighborhoods across the intercoastal, Biscayne Bay... You are right at the bus stop and a lovely park next door, which assures your views. The owner could not have been nicer or more helpful! There are several good restaurants close by. (The Lombardy cafe has the best coffee and breakfast, the Venezia slices are great, and Fifi's has a wonderful lunch special, Tamarind Thai is fab..) We recommend this place without reservation!

Perfect!

Great ocean view apartment with parking. Everything you need for the beach is already there...chairs..umbrella..beach towels. Washer and dryer in the unit is awesome! Kitchen is fully stocked, indoor parking, doorman building with keycard entry everywhere (extremely safe), lovely swimming pool if the beach is too hot etc. Really a perfect vacation condo good for long and short term stays. Bob is always available if there is a question/issue. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect Penthouse

The listing was everything that it was described to be! The rental was super clean and the furnishings were luxurious! Nothing was forgotten when this condo was stocked- even down to beach towels and cooler! The unit was located on the south side of the building, allowing for breathtaking panaromic views of the ocean, bay, and downtown Miami! I just couldn't get over the view- day and night! The location was perfect for our Miami stay, and the parking (included) was a huge plus! The condo was located right beside the elevator, and was extremely peaceful and quiet. The owner met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property and the keys/parking pass. He also called and checked on us during our stay to make sure the condo had met our expectations..AND IT HAD!!! We really hope this condo is available next time we come for a Miami vaca! I would highly recommend this condo! We took advantage of the location...there is a Publix and Walgreens just a couple blocks north. Also, for a great lunch, try Muncheez, about 2 blocks north also. If in South Beach, try The Big Pink at 2nd and Collins- they have EVERYTHING and was reasonably priced. Also, a "must" for your stay is Joe's Stone Crab at 1st and Washington (in South Beach). Excellent dining experience! Thanks, again, for letting us stay in your piece of paradise!

wonderful stay at Belaire

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo in the sky for 3 1/2 months this past fall! What a wonderful experience! the view was truly spectacular! Felt like we were in paradise each morning we awakened to the ocean! It was so beautifully decorated with warmth that we felt like it was our own! We hope to return sometime in the future! Owner was great to work with!!!

We have owned unit since 2004. We live in Miami and enjoy using it on the weekends when it isn't rented. We have had other properties on VRBO with excellent reviews from our guests. So we strive to make everyone's vacation wonderful from our end.

Why they chose this property

We love the fact that don't need to get in the car to go to great restaurants, grocery shopping, or the pharmacy. This is the perfect location. There is also a fabulous spa 1 block away. Our area is very quiet yet we are a short cab cab or Uber ride away from South Beach but not in it.

What makes this property unique

This is a Penthouse unit with 12' high ceilings and floor to ceiling impact windows (Only floor 18 & 19 have 12' ceiling). The location of the apt within the building gives it a panoramic view of the ocean, downtown Miami and the bay and Fabulous sunset views.
