This person rented for one of his new employees. The home had been completely remodeled the day before they checked in. They trashed the brand new carpet throughout by allowing their children to spill and not cleaning up after their dogs in the downstairs bedroom which had to have the carpet completely replaced and the rest had to be cleaned after being installed only 3 weeks prior. The boss kept copying and pasting text messages from his employee into the VRBO message system and took zero responsibility for his guest. The employee then awkwardly showed up at the home lying that the home had stains on the carpet, etc. then wanting to tour the home and was completely confrontational even while admitting that she tried to spot clean the room and left the carpet cleaner in the garage. They also stained the brand new comforters and tried to hide them in the back of the closet. Had I had another guest in the home is would have been completely inappropriate to just show up at the home. I had only charged them the $300 refundable pet deposit, but after this ridiculous review they should be charge the total for the carpet replacement.
