Discover the beauty of Baywood-Los Osos from this 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will find the perfect setup for a brilliant stay. Relax, eat dinner or have coffee next to the peaceful fountain in the front yard. Take a nap in one of the hammocks. Enjoy the open style living room with a queen sofa bed (and 2 twin beds ready if needed) for additional space. This enjoyable retreat also features 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, washer and dryer. Make meals in the fully stocked kitchen that is open and airy. Or if you prefer, take a five minute walk to some of the best sushi, burgers, and Mexican food around. Visit the beautiful Montana de Oro State Park for some amazing hikes, mountain biking and beach time, just a 10 minute drive. Only a short 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. Had a great time with my dogs at this home.It’s hard to find short terminals that allow dogs so it was nice to have in this place was very well set up for fur babies.We didn’t have any issue with anything on our trip and we’re very comfortable.Probably the thing I stood at the most was how well stocked the kitchen was and having all the staples to be able to make your own food is great.Central coast is beautiful, and I will definitely look to return to this property again with my dogs

the house is AMAZING. the kitchen is incredibly well provisioned. the 3 separate courtyards were excellent, clean, fully fenced and secure for dogs (and their people).... :)the neighborhood is a wonderful So Cal eclectic mix....loved it...and the sights all around are beautiful....we'd love to return someday....

The house is wonderful. Very comfortable, well equipped, has great outdoor patios and pet-friendly. We enjoyed grilling and making smores in the outdoor pit. The location is perfect for visiting many parks and other towns up and down the coast.

So glad we found this place! It was very quiet and quite spacious. The 3 patios were clean, well furnished, fully enclosed, and large. We really appreciated the doggie door leading to a private patio/atrium. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Communication was excellent and getting in and out was very easy. We will be staying here again when we revisit the area!

Absolutely the best vacation rental my family has been fortunate to find. Close to all the best Los Osos & Morro Bay have to offer. Check in was very easy and when we opened the door we were so impressed with the light and airy feel of the living space. The kitchen was so spacious and was stocked with every dish and utensil you could ever need. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and items needed. The 3 outdoor patio areas were perfect and safe for kids and dog. It was such a beautiful and comfortable home I could live there!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the host, Sarah and her lovely home. You will not be lacking anything! It is so well stocked with lots of dishes, kitchen gadgets, bedding, linens, soaps, paper goods and many games. The three patios are so pleasant for relaxing, we enjoyed the fire pit on our last evening while playing one of the many provided games. I also appreciate a home that is dog friendly. If you’re traveling with a pup, this house is perfect. Then there’s the location, we loved being able to walk to dinner, the food at Hazards restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced considering the excellent quality of the food. If you appreciate a good bakery, Wayward Bakery next door to Hazards is beyond outstanding; there may be a line out the door but it moves fast and worth the few minutes you’ll spend in line. Downtown Los Osos is a few minutes drive, with other very good restaurants; we had lunch at Beerwood and were impressed with the varied menu and delicious food. 2nd Street Cafe also has very good food, Thai and American fare, the fries that come with the sandwiches are so good. The Merriment had outdoor live music on Saturday and Sunday, very fun place! Los to do in Los Osos conveniently located close to this home. Point Bouchon is a short drive from the house, this hike is along the beautiful ocean cliff and a great way to spend a morning followed by a lunch in Los Osos! You won’t be disappointed with a stay at Sarah’s home! I wish our stay was longer.

I am originally from Oregon, but moved to the central coast in 2002. I fell in love with the area and never left. I’ve been in renewable energy for nearly 2 decades and have spent majority of my time enjoying the area to the fullest! I travel quite a bit for work all over the world and I am especially connected to the Hawaiian islands and family culture; hence, my home is decorated with a little bit of Hawaii, California, and Oregon, my roots.

Why they chose this property

This is a great neighborhood that hasn’t changed much in the last two decades. Friendly neighbors, safe streets to walk and close distance to everything.

What makes this property unique

I took the part of me that is very outdoorsy (which is most) and turned the home into a happy, relaxing, positive and fun place to be. The flow of the home itself is kind, light and airy I really wanted to make the most of the outdoor living space and I’m beyond happy with the outcome. The spaces are very comfortable. It’s not easy to find this amount of outdoor space, with the ability to put to use, in this area of central California. It’s perfect for those who like to travel with their dogs and safe for children. I raised my girls here and I’m very happy I get to share it with others that want to visit this area.
