Nice place at a great price (for the location).

Nice new apartment upstairs of the garage. It’s a spacious single room (except the bathroom of course), nicely laid out with pleasant lighting through windows looking out towards the trees. The “kitchen” is minimal: a dorm-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, water kettle and coffee maker. Sufficient for our needs but not enough for an extended stay. Given that the rental is a one-room studio with laminate flooring, the pet fee seemed a bit steep, but the apartment itself was a good bargain for the area.The location is nice -- down a steep gravel driveway, just a few blocks from the nearby shopping center and food co-op. Blue Hill town center itself is just a mile or so away, with a very nice waterfront park. We were there in early spring, but it would be a pretty spot for water activities in summer.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything our family needed and was the perfect size for the four of us. It was clean, comfortable, and made a great home base after long days of exploring.It isn’t a luxury rental, but it had all the essentials and was exactly what we were looking for. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we’re back in the area!
