Discover this fabulous 3-bedroom recently renovated gem in Cape Canaveral. This marvelous house features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen bunk with twin on top and 1 twin, perfect for families or groups of friends. Take a 2 minute walk to enjoy the beach for the day or hang out by the pool. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cape Canaveral and our house has to offer.
October through April the pool will be heated to a comfortable 82°
For month long stays we require a $250.00 cleaning fee that will be added upon booking
We offer a Military and First Responder Discount with valid ID
No smoking (of any kind) on the property. There will be an automatic fee of $500.00 for any odor removal
No drugs including marijuana
House rules are subject to change
