The Club House was a wonderful property to stay in. It was spacious, well-maintained and had many amenities. The location is also ideal. It is close to many of the restaurants and attractionscin Daphne and the main roads for travel. I highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful first Vrbo experience! This charming one-bedroom was cozy, peaceful, and just right for our stay. Pictures were accurate! The golf course view made the setting feel extra relaxing, and the location was convenient with restaurants nearby. The building was clearly marked, parking was simple, and communication with the owner was smooth from start to finish. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect weekend stay

Clean, safe, comfy condo was a perfect weekend getaway for a friend trip. Close enough to Fairhope but plenty to do in the area. Chase was a great host with prompt responses and helpful info.

Fantastic Getaway

My husband and I had an incredible time at the clubhouse condo in Daphanie. It was spotless and cozy, with everything we needed right there. Plus, it was super convenient to be close to restaurants, activities, and the beaches. The patio facing the golf course was just amazing! We’re definitely planning to stay there again soon!!

It's perfect for one person but could host two. Nice and quiet neighborhood, good view of the golf course, nice amenities, good bed, well stocked kitchen, free coffee k-cups. If I need to go to Daphne again I don't see the need to stay anywhere else.

Golf Course Views

Comfortable second floor condo in a quiet neighborhood with amazing golf course views from the balcony.The condo is stocked with almost anything you might need during your stay. Location is conveniently located near main highways. There is also a great pickleball/tennis complex nearby, if golfing isn't your thing. I definitely recommend staying at The Club House if you're visiting the area.

We did not stay. I checked in and walked into the apartment, which is on the second floor and not suited for anyone with mobility issues. I immediately had problems with my asthma. There has been some sort of water leak or mold issue in this apartment. The floor from the living room entry all the way to the bathroom is slanted. Even the eating table sits slanted on the floor. In the bathroom during my walk-through, there was dust all over the vent on the door. There was hair on the floor and in the sink. I asked for a refund as my asthma I would not be able to stay there and the owner was very rude. She insisted that they had so many high ratings like it couldn’t possibly be their problem. She insisted they just got the AC unit cleaned. I submitted all the pictures proving my claims to VRBO. The unit looks new and nice in the pictures and in reality it is a very old building the stairs to the apartment are very rickety. It took me hours to find another place an hour away. Everything was booked. Bad experience with me & child.
