Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. The house was very nice with a back deck and a screen porch which would have been wonderful to enjoy during a longer stay. The beds were comfortable. Every time I messaged the host, they responded very quickly.

Incredibly small nitpick, but it turns out outlet type is something I now need to look for when reviewing rentals. But there's updated/three-pronged outlets in the communal spaces and Kristina is lovely!

We had a great stay! The home was in a quiet, pleasant area and was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our overnight stay. Although we were only there for one night, we would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

The house was nice. Needs some attention. The air conditioning was not putting out until I cleaned the filter which needed replacing. The back porch patio looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. The walls needed painting. If maintenance was done on this house, I would have given it a 5 rating.

The home itself was spacious but the pictures didn't accurately reflect the home in its current state. Kristy's response time to my messages were in a timely fashion. I'm hopeful for others that my suggestions will be considered.

Great location. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfortable. I do wish the property had laundry available, but there’s a laundromat nearby.

Quite and comfortable. Good amenities. General cleaning was good but the property can use deep cleaning - the fridge was not clean, some cabinets were dusty, there were some cobwebs. The property is good value for money

The location was residential as advertised and we felt safe. Nice older neighborhood convenient to city. House looked run down—not consistent with neighbors. Indoors was furnished with only very basic essentials. Inside, though fairly clean, was neglected. I like to stay in a home that I would be proud to call my own, so would not stay here again. Worrisome issues: air return looked clogged with dust and dirt, pillow inside clean pillowcase had blood stain, grease on lid of trash can, coffee maker performed so poorly we had to go out for a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, my friends and I can’t recommend and question reliability of other positive reviews.
