Enjoy the 5 star amenities of Villa La Estancia, which is located on the famous Medano Beach. You will have over 2,300 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor living space to relax. Enjoy the 8 restaurants located onsite, market, two beautiful oversized pools, swim up bar, 5 jacuzzis, fire pits and much more!

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It`s known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land`s End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It`s a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it`s a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

Walking distance to town or catch an Uber outside the front gate. Taxis and private transportation are also available inside the resort.

La Estancia great condo

Great location and the layout of the unit is terrific. There were several things missing that can easily be replaced: too few glasses, cups, bowls. The bed in the pull-out is old and has terrible mattress. This can easily be a five star if the owners take care of these simple details.

Wonderful stay in Cabo

The Villa was outstanding! I traveled with my wife and adult daughter. The unit is clean and spacious. The resort is maintained very well and all of the staff are extremely friendly. The location was great, allowing for the option to walk or take an inexpensive Uber/taxi to shopping, dining and other activities in very close proximity. The pool and beach on property were great places to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The host, Laura was very responsive and recommended some fantastic local restaurants for us to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Cabo eh, condo bueno, facility pricey

The condo itself was clean and large. An extra blanket to cuddle in would have been nice as it got chilly at night on balcony. The facility was pricey so recommend getting groceries in town to make is more affordable. There was always pool chairs available a which was great. The restaurant for dinner and brunch was a special time out. Close to town to be able to walk on beach or through the city so location great but bring cash for cabs. The workout facility was satisfactory with sauna.

We had a terrific stay at 2306 Villa La Estancia. Laura and Nick are wonderful hosts, they have a beautiful home and accommodations, everything we needed to enjoy our stay while exploring Cabo. The Property staff were so friendly and helpful, everything from transportation to dining tips, all had a smile to share. Fantastic Vacation, 5 Star location and grounds, Highly Recommend these hosts and this property.

Why they chose this property

Location...Location...Location. Away from downtown but easily walkable. On (Medano Beach) the only year round swimmable beach in Los Cabos.

What makes this property unique

The best part of this condo is relaxing on the oversized balcony with garden ocean views. The condo is located on the right side (facing the ocean) of the resort so you can enjoy the late day shade, and early morning sunrises. Enjoy the peace and quiet from this part of the resort with ocean views.
