Overall a very nice and clean condo with an excellent view of the beach from the balcony. Furnishings were nice. Microwave was excellent. Couple of things that were a little disappointing was dishwasher being inoperable, no automatic ice maker in the freezer and no light bulb in the balcony light. Would stay here again, but be better prepared with cooler, etc.

Everything was perfect! We traveled to New Orleans for a baby shower and came to stay in Florida for a few days before heading back to Kentucky and this place couldn’t have been better! Amazing views, clean, well stocked and furnished, and made us feel right at home. We are already talking about coming back! Perfect location, not too busy but still close to restaurants, shops, coffee, and parks. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Island Sands condo was right by the beautiful ocean. We could hear the surf and see the waves and breathe the sea air. The beach chair and umbrella service was convenient and essential. The washer/dryer kept sand at bay. Sarah was always available for questions and a repair we needed. It was a wonderful beach trip and you need to visit here, too.

We loved staying here. Top floor so excellent view of the ocean as soon as you walk in the door! The king size bed was soft and comfy, room was plenty big, lots of storage for clothes and suitcases. Both bathrooms are small but for just the 2 of us it was fine. Kitchen was very well stocked! Living room was cozy and comfy. Pleasantly surprised to find a small cooler and beach chairs for use in the closet! The only negative would be parking, someone used our “spot” the whole time but plenty of other non marked spots we could use so didn’t bother us but if you had mobility issues I could see it being a problem. Great location, we will def be back!
