Delz was very communicative and easily reachable. Easy check-in and check-out. Very comfortable for 7 individuals and clean. Would recommend this place for stay!

Spacious, clean place to stay!

Secure and comfortable place to stay that is conveniently located. Pretty well stocked, but lacking in kitchen towels and washcloths.Beds were comfortable…bedrooms were huge.We did have an issue with upstairs neighbors making noise late into the night. Luck of the draw for who else is staying in the building the same time as you.Overall, I would recommend it!

Nice property in a central location

Really nice, renovated property in a good location. It felt clean and secure - a little bit of noise from upstairs neighbors but I believe that is to be expected in a old row house like this. It was easy to park right by the house and it's a breeze to get to Fells Point and the Symphony hall nearby which was our main event. Nice local eats and coffee nearby, too. The property has a great set of kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware etc for those who want to have some meals at home as well as plenty of bedding, towels, and linens.The host is friendly and responded promptly to my questions and travel updates.I'd definitely stay here, especially if you want to be a little removed from the more commercial or more pricey neighborhoods for a visit to Baltimore.
