Getaway

We loved our stay here - Hans was a wonderful host and did amazing renovating this cabin into a cozy, charming stay. Its the perfect distance from downtown to get to activities while still feeling like a quiet retreat. It was a good size for our group of 3 and 2 dogs, and I would recommend staying again!

Lovely place with comfortable beds and wonderful shower (although the bathroom sink was backing up). Very nice kitchen too but would have made a big difference if there was an k-cup coffee machine. Also, the road to/from the house was a bit scary.

Thanks so much for the feedback Laura. I didn’t realize the sink was backed up, thanks for letting us know! I’m not really sure why the road would feel scary? I’m guessing this is about the short gravel drive to the cabin. It’s not super steep or anything, and about 100 yards long. Otherwise roads are paved to the cabin. It’s 8 minutes from downtown. We’ll plan to add a Keurig. We have an automatic drip coffee maker and a Bialetti stove top Moka pot as well!
