“The Lakeside ReTreat” is a vacation by itself and once you’ve checked in, you don’t need to leave! There is plenty to do or do nothing at all. On site entertainment incudes kayaks, an SUP, corn hole, a hot tub, and at the private dock, and there is a pontoon boat for rent! (Just ask for details). There are 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs with a bonus bed (not in its own room), and 1 downstairs with 2 full beds. There is a full kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, barbque grill. Upstairs has three bedrooms all with king beds and two full baths. It is a loft style house where the upstairs overlooks the main floor, but the rooms are all private (The bonus bed is simply a twin bed in a nook at the top of the stairs, this is not private). The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a sliding door that leads out to a deck overlooking the lake. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Downstairs has the fourth bedroom with two full beds and a walk in closet. This room shares the third full bathroom with the downstairs. The kitchen and living room are also on the main level. The kitchen has a gas stove, full fridge with filtered water and ice (the water is city water, not from a well). There is a large island and TV in the kitchen (because that is where the party always ends up). There are smart TV’s in every room, which have YouTube tv where you can watch all major stations including ESPN, and all local stations. Also if you have a Netflix, Apple TV, or any other app. account you can sign into them on any of the TV’s. The main level leads out to a patio where there is a hot tub, grill, and table. Down from the patio is a private beach overlooking Silver Lake where there are lounge chairs, and a fire pit. There is also a private dock where you can get in the lake, lay out, and dock your boat (there is a channel that allows small boats) and if you don’t own one or just don’t want to tow, you can rent a pontoon docked right at the house. There is a driveway that goes down to the house, it is a bit of a hill but there is parking for multiple cars at the bottom (I recommend backing down… it is easier than backing up the hill). If you need extra parking or just don’t like hills, you can park at the top of the driveway. There are plenty of spaces, just please be considerate of the neighbors and garage doors.
