Horsepen Cottage on the Water !!!!

An exclusive retreat nestled in a private, gated community on over an acre of stunning views of the water & little Tybee. You even have your own private dock so bring your boat! Want a private chef to prepare your catch? No problem! There is no other property like this on Tybee. This luxurious property offers three bedrooms/2 baths, a newly remodeled kitchen, open floor plan living area and spacious outdoor living/dining area. Enjoy all this property has to offer for a wonderful getaway!
Must be 25 years old to book and person booking must also be staying. Tybee Island has a Good Neighbor policy and observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM. Remember, you are in a residential neighborhood!

PLEASE NOTE: you must inform us AT BOOKING if you plan to bring your fur baby so that you can pay the fee. If you bring a pet and do not inform us or pay the fee, you will be asked to leave immediately. Since we are allowing you to bring your pet into our home, we expect honesty when doing so. *Also please note: You could be charged an extra cleaning fee if you leave an excessive mess which causes our housekeeping to spend extra time cleaning. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH at any time and there is a hefty fine.

We also ask that you please use the provided chair covers and beach towels for outside and DO NOT remove our bath towels from inside the house. We also provide black makeup wash cloths and ask that you use these for washing off make-up.

If you’re looking for the perfect fishing spot this is it! We were able to bring our boat and catch red fish, sheepshead and keeper sea bass. The covered patio was perfect for enjoying coffee, sitting with our dogs and watching the sunrise. Plenty of yard to walk the dogs around. We loved it!

There is no other neighborhood like Horsepen Point on Tybee. This cottage is located at the back of the neighborhood with direct deep water access from the private dock. Bring your boat, kayak or jet ski and enjoy all Horsepen Cottage has to offer. We have even been told that it has the best views in all of Savannah/Tybee by locals! You can see Little Tybee from this expansive property.
